ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating stunning visuals across a wide range of media including digital, print, and video content. You'll collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and creative teams to bring our brand vision to life while ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Your work will help shape the visual identity of the brand and engage our target audience in meaningful ways.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING?

• 1-4 years of design and work experience in visual design, including creating graphics and video content for digital and print media.
• Skilled in apt design tools like Adobe Suite - Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, Premier Pro, and After Effects with an eye for composition, color, design, space design, and details.
• Proven ability to create both static and motion-based ads (e.g., GIFs, Lottie animations)
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital creative work, including examples of ad integration in digital environments.
• Use data - Check CTRs and revamp design basis the learnings.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Job Title: Asst Manager-Business Development – PVC

Department: Sales & Marketing / Business Development

Reports to: Sales Head / Director

Designation: Asst Manager - Business Development

Location- Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai/Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets for PVC compounds.

Research market trends, competitor activities, and potential clients in sectors like wires & cables, automotive, footwear, profiles, pipes, and injection molding.

Generate leads through networking, industrial directories, trade exhibitions, and digital platforms.

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with OEMs, converters, distributors, and key industry stakeholders.

Understand client requirements and offer suitable PVC compound grades or customized solutions.

Conduct technical discussions with clients in coordination with the R&D/technical team.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the revenue growth of the company.

Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize orders.

Track sales performance, follow up on payments, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Work closely with production and R&D teams to ensure timely sample development and delivery.

Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis for management review.

Provide inputs to management on market demand, pricing trends, and product improvements.

Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and seminars.

Promote the company’s products through presentations, technical discussions, and marketing initiatives.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of PVC compounds, polymer industry applications, and market dynamics.

Proven track record in business development or industrial sales.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

Ability to understand technical specifications and coordinate with R&D/production teams.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Diploma/Degree in Plastics/Polymer/ Chemical Engineering, or MBA in Marketing (preferred).

Experience: 4–10 years in industrial sales/business development, preferably in PVC compounds or polymer industry.

Responsibilities 

• Maintain a clean and extensible code base 
• Take ownership of whole projects on your own, but also willing to be a contributing member of  your iOS development team as a whole 
• Work across disciplines with team members from front-end, backend, design, and product to ship  features 
• Help maintain our shared internal frameworks and create some of your own 
• Actively participate in product decisions, ensuring we set reasonable development deadlines and  create quality user experiences
• Build components the entire team can use across apps

Requirements 

• You have an undergraduate degree or graduate degree in computer science or a similar technical  field from a top university  
• You have 2+ years of experience as an iOS Developer or Software Engineer 
• You have mastery of Swift and Objective-C (objective-c experience is plus but not strictly  necessary) 
• You owned or were a primary contributor, to the development of at least one application on the  app store 
• You are very familiar with new technologies, open-source frameworks and commonly used  design patterns 
• You have demonstrated expertise in OO design, data structures, and problem-solving • You can write multi-threaded, asynchronous code and have a good understanding of functional  programming 
• You have experience shipping quickly and often and can debug performance bottlenecks 
• You are a team player - no job is too small, or too big!

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Applications, Mathematics, Statistics, or related technical field. Relevant experience of at least 3 years in lieu of above if from a different stream of education.

• Well-versed in and 3+ hands-on demonstrable experience with: ▪ Stream & Batch Big Data Pipeline Processing using Apache Spark and/or Apache Flink.
  ▪ Distributed Cloud Native Computing including Server less Functions
  ▪ Relational, Object Store, Document, Graph, etc. Database Design & Implementation
  ▪ Micro services Architecture, API Modeling, Design, & Programming

• 3+ years of hands-on development experience in Apache Spark using Scala and/or Java.

• Ability to write executable code for Services using Spark RDD, Spark SQL, Structured Streaming, Spark MLLib, etc. with deep technical understanding of Spark Processing Framework.

• In-depth knowledge of standard programming languages such as Scala and/or Java.

• 3+ years of hands-on development experience in one or more libraries & frameworks such as Apache Kafka, Akka, Apache Storm, Apache Nifi, Zookeeper, Hadoop ecosystem (i.e., HDFS, YARN, MapReduce, Oozie & Hive), etc.; extra points if you can demonstrate your knowledge with working examples.

• 3+ years of hands-on development experience in one or more Relational and NoSQL datastores such as PostgreSQL, Cassandra, HBase, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Elastic Search, Neo4J, etc.

• Practical knowledge of distributed systems involving partitioning, bucketing, CAP theorem, replication, horizontal scaling, etc.

• Passion for distilling large volumes of data, analyze performance, scalability, and capacity performance issues in Big Data Platforms.

• Ability to clearly distinguish system and Spark Job performances and perform spark performance tuning and resource optimization.

• Perform benchmarking/stress tests and document the best practices for different applications.

• Proactively work with tenants on improving the overall performance and ensure the system is resilient, and scalable.

• Good understanding of Virtualization & Containerization; must demonstrate experience in technologies such as Kubernetes, Istio, Docker, OpenShift, Anthos, Oracle VirtualBox, Vagrant, etc.

• Well-versed with demonstrable working experience with API Management, API Gateway, Service Mesh, Identity & Access Management, Data Protection & Encryption.

  Hands-on experience with demonstrable working experience with DevOps tools and platforms viz., Jira, GIT, Jenkins, Code Quality & Security Plugins, Maven, Artifactory, Terraform, Ansible/Chef/Puppet, Spinnaker, etc.

• Well-versed in AWS and/or Azure or and/or Google Cloud; must demonstrate experience in at least FIVE (5) services offered under AWS and/or Azure or and/or Google Cloud in any categories: Compute or Storage, Database, Networking & Content Delivery, Management & Governance, Analytics, Security, Identity, & Compliance (or) equivalent demonstrable Cloud Platform experience.

• Good understanding of Storage, Networks and Storage Networking basics which will enable you to work in a Cloud environment.

• Good understanding of Network, Data, and Application Security basics which will enable you to work in a Cloud as well as Business Applications / API services environment.

Job Description :-

• Have intermediate/advanced knowledge of Python.
• Hands-on experience with OOP in Python. Flask/Django framework, ORM with MySQL, MongoDB is a plus.
• Must have experience of writing shell scripts and configuration files. Should be proficient in bash.
• Should have excellent Linux administration capabilities.
• Working experience of SCM. Git is preferred.
• Should have knowledge of the basics of networking in Linux, and computer networks in general.
• Experience in engineering practices such as code refactoring, design patterns, design driven development, Continuous Integration.
• Understanding of Architecture of OpenStack/Kubernetes and good knowledge of standard client interfaces is a plus.
• Code contributed to OpenStack/Kubernetes community will be plus.
• Understanding of NFV and SDN domain will be plus.

You will be responsible for: 

• Owning the design and delivery of your code from cradle to grave.
• Peer reviewing your team mate’s code
• Being a key player in this client’s Digital Transformation – both implementing changes to existing APIs and developing new ones to integrate with the latest digital stack.
• Developing new and be-spoke features as well as working on large scale integrations 
• Working in an Agile Scrum environment where you will be challenged and motivated 
• Calling out risks if you spot them in a particular approach or design.

Qualifications

Skills Required:

• Technical design experience.
• Hands on Java development experience, in particular with Spring (minimum of 4 years)
• Knowledge of JavaScript and NodeJS is highly desirable
• You will have worked in an Agile Scrum environment and be comfortable with fast-paced Sprint Cycles
• Previous experience building web service API’s is key for this role – Apigee is the preferred technology
• Any experience with Microsoft Azure is a nice to have – this is the direction we are going
