What you need to do:
- Taking brand ownership and devising the brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for the short as well as the long term
- Translating brand strategy into brand plan and go-to-market strategy
- Planning and execution of communications and media actions across offline, online and social media
- Participating in product development, pricing and supporting new product launches
- Ensuring that marketing and communications efforts adhere to agreed timelines and managing expectations with various stakeholders
- Keeping up to date with market developments and analysing consumer insights as well as competitor strategies
- Guiding the advertising and promotion budget
- Conducting consumer and market research
- Measurement and reporting on success of marketing campaigns
Desired Candidate Profile
What you need to have:- MBA from Tier-1 colleges (IIMs, XLRI, SPJain, FMS etc)
- Min 7 years of marketing experience. Out of 7 years of Marketing experience, minimum 3 years in handling brand profile
- E-comm, Health Tech, Ed Tech, Fin Tech, FMCG, Telecom background preferred

Work you’ll do
As a Data Scientist at Moative, you’ll play a crucial role in extracting valuable insights from data to drive informed decision-making. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to build predictive models and develop solutions to complex business problems. You will also be involved in conducting experiments, building POCs and prototypes.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end development and deployment of ML/ AI models - from data preparation, data analysis and feature engineering to model development, validation and deployment
- Gather, prepare and analyze data, write code to develop and validate models, and continuously monitor and update them as needed.
- Collaborate with domain experts, engineers, and stakeholders in translating business problems into data-driven solutions
