Position: French Project Coordinator

Primary Skills: project management,  B2 Level - French Language Expertise, English proficiency, Interpersonal skills 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various data analysis teams on projects for international clients.
• Manage and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, ensuring all client requirements are addressed.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
• Organize and coordinate tasks with the development team to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor progress and perform quality control checks to ensure high standards are met.
• Verify and validate new products to ensure they meet client specifications.

Qualifications:

• At least 1+ year of experience in project management.
• Proficiency in French at a minimum B2 level.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and teams.
• Highly adaptable and able to manage change in dynamic project environments.
• Proactive and solution-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.

• Work in close coordination with senior management to define strategy and targets for FI Partnerships
• Develop the pitch, collateral, presentations and other supporting material to adequately demonstrate risk/reward for the Financial Institution partners
• Generate leads pipeline (inbound and outbound) and implementation plan
• Lead and prepare presentations to Financial Institutions
• End to end management of the process for acquiring partners for the platform including conclusion of commercials, legal agreement, system integration etc
• Coordination with internal teams like Legal, Credit Risk, Product etc and with external teams of the Bank or Financial Institutions
• Progressively reduce financing cost profile across the platform and NBFC
• Work on arranging for debt funds for the NBFC from other Financial Institutions
• Work with Banking partners to actively participate in joint marketing and other efforts to drive customers both from open market and existing customers of the partner
• Work with the external stakeholders to develop products and new markets, identify business opportunities
• Track and improve on conversion from leads to closure
• Manage relationships and help resolution of issues in case of any with the Financial Institutions.
• Regular reporting of performance

The plan is to on-board 1 million users at a break-neck speed in the next 6 months using ingenious methods, both online & offline. To support the growth and build multiple features, we are looking for a PHP Developer responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users. The position reports to the Technology Head and based out of Bangalore.

Technology : PHP( CodeIgniter, Laravel etc ),OOPHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, SQL

Responsibilities:

· Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers

· Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules

· Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges

Requirement:

· Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks {such as Laravel, CodeIgniter etc depending on your technology stack}

· Understanding of synchronous behaviour of PHP

· Understanding of MVC design patterns

· Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3
