Prepare BOQ (Bill of quanes) includes all project items descripons, preambles, pricing of items
Preparaon of B.O.Q template in the required format (familiar with Uniformat or Master Format)
Prepare Project specificaons in the required format.
Contract management
In-depth knowledge and experience in M.O.M (method of measurements).
Prepare the esmated project B.O.Q.
Recommend acceptance, provide advice, and recommend revisions to specificaon documents.
Represent the Specificaon Unit and parcipate on commiees related to specificaon document
development.
In-depth experience in construcon (not oil and gas, not industrial)
Reviews drawings and other project informaon to write and edit specificaons for projects and
coordinates compliance with project requirements, instuonal guidelines, technical condions,
acceptable standards, and exisng laws, rules, regulaons, and codes.
Understands the project design requirements and translates those requirements into materials,
methods, equipment, procedures, installaon, and cerficaon tesng necessary to provide the
narrave descripons which are used to in the tender documents / contract documents
Job Requirements
Skills & Qualificaons:
A Bachelor degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (A must)
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the same posion (as Quanty surveyor, Esmaon Engineer,
Specifier)
Ability to use Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel).
