Job Overview :

We are looking for experienced BIM / Digital Engineering Professionals with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM), 3D modeling, multidisciplinary coordination, digital construction, or BIM automation.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with one or more BIM tools, such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, Tekla Structures, Synchro, Dynamo, or Revit API, and the ability to support engineering, construction, and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, maintain, and coordinate BIM models across architectural, structural, civil, and MEP disciplines.
• Create and update 3D models, construction drawings, and technical documentation using Autodesk Revit.
• Perform clash detection, model coordination, and design reviews using Navisworks.
• Develop civil infrastructure models, alignments, grading, and related designs using Civil 3D.
• Prepare structural models, fabrication drawings, and documentation using Tekla Structures.
• Support 4D BIM workflows by linking 3D models with construction schedules and project timelines.
• Assist with 5D BIM implementation, quantity takeoffs, and cost integration.
• Develop and optimize BIM automation workflows using Dynamo, Python, C#, or Revit API.
• Conduct model quality checks and ensure compliance with project requirements and BIM standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders to resolve design and coordination issues.
• Prepare BIM coordination reports, model review documentation, and project deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in BIM, digital engineering, 3D modeling, or BIM coordination.
• Hands-on proficiency in one or more of the following tools:
• Autodesk Revit
• Autodesk Navisworks
• Autodesk Civil 3D
• Tekla Structures
• Synchro 4D/5D
• Dynamo, Python, C#, or Revit API
• Strong understanding of BIM modeling, multidisciplinary coordination, clash detection, and model quality assurance.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and technical coordination skills.

Preferred Skills :

• Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or other Common Data Environments (CDEs).
• Knowledge of 4D/5D BIM, construction sequencing, quantity takeoffs, and digital construction workflows.
• Experience working on EPC, infrastructure, commercial, industrial, or large-scale construction projects.
• Relevant Autodesk or BIM certifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative interior design concepts based on client requirements, functionality, aesthetics, budget, and timelines.
• Create mood boards, material palettes, space plans, 2D drawings, presentations, and design proposals.
• Coordinate 3D visualizations, renders, walkthroughs, furniture designs, materials, finishes, and specifications.
• Handle client meetings, present concepts, incorporate feedback, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site visits, monitor quality and design execution, and resolve on-site design challenges.
• Prepare BOQs, specifications, project documentation, material approvals, and progress reports.

Required Skills

• Strong design sensibility with excellent presentation, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Good knowledge of furniture, materials, finishes, fabrics, stones, metals, veneers, and laminates.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
