This is a full-time 5 days work from office role as a Technology Consultant (Lead) located in Bangalore (Indiranagar).

Core Skills:

• Strong system design and architecture expertise.
• Production-level experience with React (TypeScript) and Python (FastAPI) — able to own a feature end-to-end
• Familiarity with Classic ASP and .NET for maintaining and migrating legacy applications
• Solid AWS fundamentals: EKS, RDS, Lambda, IAM, S3, CloudFront, and VPC networking
• ⁠Kubernetes and Docker fluency; comfortable reading and writing deployment YAMLs
• Experience with OpenResty or Nginx-based reverse proxy and API gateway configuration
• Familiarity with security practices: OAuth2, Okta, parameterized queries, secrets management (Doppler or equivalent), and static analysis tooling
• Strong written communication — able to produce RFCs, runbooks, and architectural decision records
• ⁠Experience with Redis, Celery, or similar caching and task queue systems is a plus
• Exposure to product analytics SDKs (Amplitude or equivalent) is a plus
• Experience with MSSQL and SQL Server in a production environment is a plus
• Prior experience in a VC, PE, or fintech engineering context is advantageous but not required

Job Profile:

1. Manage all online activities pertaining to sales on leading e-commerce portals such as Amazon, First Cry, Flipkart, Big Basket, Gofers and Nykaa, Purplle, Myntra etc.
2. Coordinate with various e-portals to prepare a plan for periodic sales increments.
3. Should be an expert in cataloguing (Listings, A+, Variations) and order processing.
4. Should have problem-solving skills when it comes to account health / Catalogue health.
5. Design a strategy to increase sales and visibility at different websites.
6. In coordination with logistics to ensure proper supply at different warehouses.
7. Keep a check on warehouse stock and provide estimated sales requirements to the production team to avoid a shortfall in stock.
8. In the need market, combo and discount strategy is to be designed for getting maximum sales.
9. Meet up with marketplace agencies to get maximum visibility and sales volume.
10. Ensure 360-degree operational efficiency up to the dispatch of goods from the warehouse.
11. Well-versed in dealing with e-commerce category managers for product placement and visibility.
12. Excellent Written and Oral Communication skills

• Assist the team in building Machine learning/AI/Analytics models on open-source stack using Python and the Azure cloud stack.
• Be part of the internal data science team at fragma data - that provides data science consultation to large organizations such as Banks, e-commerce Cos, Social Media companies etc on their scalable AI/ML needs on the cloud and help build POCs, and develop Production ready solutions.
• Candidates will be provided with opportunities for training and professional certifications on the job in these areas - Azure Machine learning services, Microsoft Customer Insights, Spark, Chatbots, DataBricks, NoSQL databases etc.
• Assist the team in conducting AI demos, talks, and workshops occasionally to large audiences of senior stakeholders in the industry.
• Work on large enterprise scale projects end-to-end, involving domain specific projects across banking, finance, ecommerce, social media etc.
• Keen interest to learn new technologies and latest developments and apply them to projects assigned.

What we are looking for:

Experience in building and re-engineering cloud based solutions on AWS.

Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Programming(OOPS) and design patterns is a must. Hands-on development on Spring MVC framework.

Experience working on Java 8 or above.

Must have very good knowledge of RDBMS such as MySQL and performance tuning of the same.

Develop & execute SEO strategy and project deliverables for clients. Track project quality and team performance every week.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Should handle a team of SEO Executives and Sr. Executives.
• Developing a detailed project plan and monitoring progress while delivering projects on time ensuring quality standards.
• Make decisions about the day-to-day operation of the team members, including management of work assignments by them.
• Take the primary responsibility for all the Technical Audits & ensuring that the business website is following all the SEO best practices.
• In-depth SEO technical knowledge (HTML, CSS-on page- off page, JS) also Google Analytics, webmaster tools, back-end SEO and various online tools.
• Communicate team and management on project development, timelines, and results.
• Assign all work assignments, commit the team to the work, manage the quality of the work and drive the people management activities within the team.
• Perform and ensure completion of quality review check on outgoing work by the team to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Strong reporting and presentation skills
• Gain a detailed understanding of each requirement.
• Remain up to date with industry knowledge.
• Brainstorm new and creative SEO growth strategies.

Job requirements and qualifications:

• Demonstrated SEO experience of at least 4-7 years.
