We are looking for a result-driven Team Leader to be responsible for monitoring and supervising a team of consultants to achieve the organization’s objectives and increase sales. You will be responsible for providing guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum. You should create a cohesive team that works efficiently together to maximize the sales team's potential.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, sales, or a related field may be advantageous.

• Experience in sales is necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Identifies the primary concerns, long-term strategies, and targets to be assigned to the team members.

• The responsibilities of a Team Leader Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.

• Develops the product sales blueprint, a set of standards for sales associates to conform to, encompassing lead filtering and deal modeling.

• Guides sales personnel to function efficiently by capitalizing on their passions and capabilities.

• Work in close coordination with senior management to define strategy and targets for FI Partnerships
• Develop the pitch, collateral, presentations and other supporting material to adequately demonstrate risk/reward for the Financial Institution partners
• Generate leads pipeline (inbound and outbound) and implementation plan
• Lead and prepare presentations to Financial Institutions
• End to end management of the process for acquiring partners for the platform including conclusion of commercials, legal agreement, system integration etc
• Coordination with internal teams like Legal, Credit Risk, Product etc and with external teams of the Bank or Financial Institutions
• Progressively reduce financing cost profile across the platform and NBFC
• Work on arranging for debt funds for the NBFC from other Financial Institutions
• Work with Banking partners to actively participate in joint marketing and other efforts to drive customers both from open market and existing customers of the partner
• Work with the external stakeholders to develop products and new markets, identify business opportunities
• Track and improve on conversion from leads to closure
• Manage relationships and help resolution of issues in case of any with the Financial Institutions.
• Regular reporting of performance

• Develop deep relationships with Financial Institutions like Banks, NBFCs etc

Responsibilities Include:

Ø  Work closely with Business Analysts to understand User and Functional Requirements

Ø  Conduct Technical Design, create Design Prototype and Design Specifications. Be able to understand business needs and translate into technology solutions

Ø  Implement the requirements using the latest firm wide technologies and approved global solutions

Ø  Perform Unit Testing and, wherever applicable, collaborate with QA Engineer on System / Integration / QA / Regression / Performance / Capacity Testing, and create testing documentation

Ø  Coordinate with users on User Acceptance Testing and provide testing support

Required technical skills:

Ø  Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience in software development
