The BMS Service Manager is responsible for managing the operation, maintenance, and optimization of Building Management Systems (BMS). The role ensures effective service delivery, system reliability, client satisfaction, and compliance with contractual and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Service Operations & Maintenance

• Manage and supervise service engineers and technicians responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of BMS systems.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee routine maintenance activities and emergency breakdown support.
• Ensure availability of spare parts, tools, and resources for uninterrupted service operations.
• Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for complex BMS issues.
• Oversee system upgrades, enhancements, and integration of new technologies.

Team Management

• Set objectives, monitor team performance, and ensure tasks are completed on time and as per quality standards.
• Conduct training and skill development to enhance team competency.
• Ensure adherence to safety practices and standard operating procedures.

Client & Contract Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients on BMS service-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, AMCs, and contractual obligations.
• Conduct regular client meetings and service reviews to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Proactively address client concerns and drive service improvements.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure all BMS operations comply with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate service records, maintenance logs, and system performance data.
• Prepare and submit service reports, performance analysis, and energy usage reports.

Financial & Commercial Management

• Assist in preparing and managing the service department budget.
• Monitor costs, resource utilization, invoicing, and accounts receivable (AR).
• Ensure service operations remain cost-effective while maintaining quality standards.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Stay updated with advancements in BMS technologies and smart building solutions.
• Implement best practices to enhance service delivery and system performance.

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, scalable mobile applications for Android platform using Kotlin.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following coding standards and best practices.
• Optimise mobile app performance to ensure a smooth and responsive user experience.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay updated with the latest mobile development trends, tools, and technologies.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to maintain application stability.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and support.

Digital and Technology Architecture

• Head the digital transformation and innovation projects from idea generation to new ventures in close collaboration with business stakeholders and external partners
• Present the vision & value of proposed architectures and solutions to a wide range of audiences in alignment with business priorities and objectives
• Plans tasks and estimates for the required research and volume of activities to complete work
• Own and assess non-functional requirements and propose solutions for Availability, Backup, Capacity, Performance, Redundancy, Reliability, Scalability, Supportability, Risks and Costs models
• Provide strategic guidance to teams on managing third-party service providers in terms of service levels, costing, etc.
• Drive the team to ensure appropriate documentation is developed in support of value realization
• Lead the technical team and head collaboration between Business Users and software providers to build digital solutions

Enterprise Architecture

• Ownership of overall Enterprise Architecture including compliances and standards
• Head the overall Architecture blueprint and roadmap for  applications aligning with Enterprise Architecture
• Identify important potential technologies and approaches to address current and future Enterprise needs, evaluating their applicability and fit, as well as leading the definition of standards and best practice for their use

Data Architecture

• Ownership of overall Data Architecture including compliances and standards
• Head the overall Architecture blueprint and roadmap applications aligning with Data Architecture
• Identify important potential technologies and approaches to address current and future Data needs, evaluating their applicability and fit, as well as leading the definition of standards and best practice for their use

• Must have strong experience in Information Security Management system(ISMS), creation of policy, procedures and implementation.
• Operates as a key contributor to the RFP, Third-Party Risk assessment, cloud security assessment etc.
• Lead the strategic and tactical development of information security framework, risk management and new compliance initiatives
• Subject matter expertise in ISO 27001, SOC2, CCPA, CPRA, GDPR, PCI DSS and HIPAA.
• Must have a strong experience in the documentation process and reviewing MSA, SCC, SLA & DPA.
• Good knowledge of BCP/DR, Incident response, VA/PT and Audit methodologies of various compliance frameworks.
• Good knowledge of Access management, Network, Application Security, Encryption, Backup, Physical Security, ISMS Training & Awareness etc..
• Ability to deal with the customers and vendors on Security and privacy matters.
• Knowledge of Core IT processes, SDLC, network infrastructure will be useful.

• Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to conduct research into IT security issues
• Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Highly self-motivated and hardworking.

• Bachelor’s/master's degree in Security, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• Should be at least ISO 27001 lead auditor or lead implementer. 
• 3+ years of related work experience in information security governance, risk and compliance (GRC) or relevant compliance roles in the SaaS industry.

Excellent knowledge with proven implementation experience of:  Axiom Controller View V9 / V10 (2+ years’ experience).  Building and configuring Axiom workflows to solve complex business problems and mapping to Axiom data dictionaries.   XBRL and template disclosure submission including taxonomy, data point model and validations experience.   Knowledge of EU regulatory reporting requirements (COREP/Statistical) with strong Capital knowledge.  Packaging, deploying, branching Axiom solution including upgrades as part of the software development lifecycle.   Oracle PL/SQL.
