About Role! 🙌
We're looking for someone who loves talking to customers, thrives on cold outreach, and believes the phone is still one of the fastest ways to create pipeline.
This isn't just another SDR role.
You'll be responsible for helping Reo.Dev build cold calling into one of our strongest GTM channels. You'll work directly with GTM leadership to design messaging, improve call strategies, and create a repeatable outbound engine that consistently generates qualified pipeline.
Reo.Dev is at a breakout moment. We launched in October 2023, and within just three years we've become one of the most talked-about platforms in the developer tools world. The best DevTool companies globally use Reo, and we've reached strong product-market fit.
Now we're entering our next chapter—scaling our GTM engine and building the category-defining revenue team for developer tool companies.
This is where you come in.
🚀 What will you be working on?
- Own cold calling as a primary outbound channel for Reo.Dev.
- Make high-quality outbound calls to founders, sales leaders, marketing leaders, and GTM teams at developer-first companies.
- Generate qualified meetings for the Account Executive team through strategic outbound prospecting.
- Research accounts before every call and personalize conversations using Reo's own intent and developer signals.
- Handle objections confidently and uncover pain points instead of relying on scripts.
- Work closely with GTM leadership to continuously improve talk tracks, messaging, objection handling, and call frameworks.
- Experiment with different call approaches, ICPs, industries, and personas to improve connect rates and conversion.
- Partner with SDRs, Marketing, and GTM Engineering to build coordinated multichannel outbound campaigns.
- Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and consistently track outreach activities and learnings.
- Help build playbooks, best practices, and processes that scale cold calling into a repeatable revenue channel.
- Become the foundation of Reo.Dev's phone-based outbound engine as the company scales.
👯 Who will excel at this role?
You'll enjoy this role if these sound like you:
- You genuinely enjoy speaking to new people every day.
- You believe every objection is simply another conversation to navigate.
- You're resilient and don't let rejection affect your energy.
- You're naturally curious and ask thoughtful questions instead of jumping into pitches.
- You know that successful cold calls come from preparation, listening, and relevance not reading scripts.
- You communicate confidently and can quickly build rapport with senior decision-makers.
- You understand that great outbound is about solving problems, not selling products.
- You can identify patterns from conversations and use those insights to improve messaging.
- You use AI to prepare smarter for calls, research accounts, and improve outreach but never sound robotic.
- You enjoy experimenting with messaging, call openings, objection handling, and follow-up strategies.
- You're highly organized, consistent, and disciplined enough to make outbound calling a daily habit.
- Aggressive targets motivate rather than intimidate you.
Prior experience in cold calling, SDR, inside sales, business development, or outbound prospecting is a strong plus. Experience selling to B2B SaaS or developer-focused companies is even better.
More importantly, show us that you understand what makes outbound work.
👯 What qualities do we look for in our team members?
While there is no stencil for the type of people we like, there are a few traits that might make Reo.Dev a better fit for you. Reo.Dev might be a good fit if you:
- Work hard, hands-on and want to grow really fast.
- Care about your work a great deal and find it highly unsettling if the quality of work is even slightly sub-par.
- Execute fast.
- Are hands-on (we will not have elaborate reporting structures for the foreseeable future—and hopefully ever).
- Are someone people like to work with, low on ego, high on humility.
- Have the ability to fail, learn, and keep trying until you win. Startups are tough, and we will not get everything right the first time.
- Have a long-term view of your career growth and are not optimizing only for the next 1–2 years.

Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Growth & Sales · Remote · Full-time
We're hiring our next SDR to build Lobox's outbound engine from the ground up — not to work a script someone else wrote three years ago.
Lobox is a SaaS platform built for the people who do the hiring: HR leaders, founders, and hiring managers. You'll be the first conversation those people have with us. That means the quality of your outreach directly shapes how the market sees the brand, and the pipeline you build directly shapes what the company can sell next quarter.
This is a high-ownership seat on a small team. There's no layer of process between you and the decisions — if a channel isn't working, you'll say so, and we'll change it.
What you'll do
Research and identify B2B accounts that fit our hiring-focused ICP
Run outbound across LinkedIn, cold calls, and email — and tell us which one is actually working
Start real conversations with HR leaders, founders, and hiring managers
Qualify prospects against their hiring needs and business fit
Book qualified product demos for our AEs and sales leadership
Keep CRM and Jira records clean enough that the whole team can trust the pipeline numbers
Hit monthly meeting-booking and pipeline targets
Work directly with Growth to sharpen messaging, sequences, and targeting
What you'll be measured on
We'd rather be upfront about this than surprise you in month two:
Qualified meetings booked
Opportunities generated and pipeline value created
Outreach volume across calls, emails, and LinkedIn
Meeting-to-opportunity conversion rate
CRM hygiene and reporting accuracy
What we're looking for
2–3 years in B2B SaaS sales as an SDR, BDR, or Business Development Representative/Executive
Real outbound experience — you've picked up the phone to strangers and kept going after the first ten no's
Excellent spoken and written English — you'll be talking to founders and senior HR leaders
CRM discipline — you log the work without being chased
A learning attitude. After training, you should be comfortable delivering a confident 15-minute product demo.
A startup mindset — you're motivated by ambiguity and ownership, not by a playbook handed to you
Nice to have.
Experience selling into HR, recruitment, or talent teams
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Jira, or comfort working in a ticket-based workflow
AI productivity tools in your daily outbound stack
Why join Lobox
Ground-floor pipeline ownership. You're building the outbound motion, not maintaining it.
Direct access to leadership. Your final interview is with our founder — and that's roughly how often you'll talk to leadership once you're here.
Fully remote, India-based team. Kolkata preferred so we can meet up, but not required.
A clear path forward. SDRs who consistently generate qualified pipeline are the obvious internal candidates for AE and senior SDR roles as the team grows.
Our hiring process
Intro screen — a call to talk through your background, communication, and how you think about outbound
Interview (Google Meet, video on) — sales approach, discovery, objection handling, and where you want your career to go
Final conversation with our founder — team and culture fit, compensation, and offer
We move fast and we'll tell you where you stand at every step.

About the Role
We're looking for a Business Development Representative with 2–4 years of experience to help drive Inflexion Analytics' next stage of growth. You'll own the top of the funnel end-to-end — identifying target accounts, running outbound outreach, qualifying opportunities, and moving them into active sales conversations with senior leadership.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who genuinely enjoys the hunt, gets energised by cold outreach rather than drained by it, and wants to help build a book of business in a fast-growing specialist consultancy.
You'll be selling Inflexion's full service portfolio primarily into mid-market clients across the US and Europe (including the UK), with scope for the remit to become more global over time. You'll join a small but growing BD team, with clear runway to grow with it as we scale.
This role is suited to someone who's commercially sharp, comfortable talking to senior business stakeholders (Heads of Marketing, Analytics, CFOs, COOs).
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and build target account lists across priority US and European markets, using a mix of research, market analysis, and intent signals.
• Run high-quality outbound outreach across email, LinkedIn, and cold calling - with strong personalisation.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads against ICP criteria and book discovery calls for senior leadership.
• Build and maintain a healthy, well-hygiened pipeline in [CRM — HubSpot / Salesforce / TBC], with accurate stage tracking and next-step discipline.
• Develop a deep working understanding of Inflexion's service lines enough to have a credible first conversation and hand off cleanly to delivery leads.
• Coordinate with delivery and pre-sales teams to shape solutions and proposals for qualified opportunities.
• Support senior leadership through the middle and late stages of the sales cycle - proposals, negotiation, and close.
• Track and report weekly on core BD metrics: outreach volume, response rates, meetings booked, qualified opportunities, pipeline value, and conversion.
• Stay on top of trends in data, analytics, and AI including what competing consultancies are doing, so we're always sharpening our positioning.
• Contribute to the growth and playbook of the BD function as the team scales.
Qualifications
• 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales development, or a related client-facing commercial role. Experience selling analytics, data, IT services, SaaS, or consulting into mid-market or enterprise buyers is a strong plus.
• Proven track record of hitting or beating outbound targets - meetings booked, qualified opportunities generated, or pipeline value contributed.
• Strong verbal and written communication and comfort on cold calls and discovery conversations with senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Clay, Apollo AI, or similar) to accelerate account research, personalisation, and outreach at scale, we expect this to be a core part of how you work, not an afterthought.
• Hands-on experience with a modern sales stack - CRM plus tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, or similar.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a large number of active opportunities at different stages.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small, fast-moving team in a rapid-change environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus, not required.
