We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented B2C Customer Success Manager with prior experience in the EdTech space. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of consumer-facing operations, learner journey management, cross-functional coordination, and operational analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day B2C operations with a focus on process efficiency and learner satisfaction
Manage student onboarding, support, retention, and engagement workflows
Coordinate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Academic teams for smooth operations
Monitor KPIs like NPS, dropout rates, and course completion to identify improvement areas
Build and manage SOPs, automation tools, and dashboards for scalability
Handle escalations and resolve operational roadblocks swiftly
Lead a team and ensure timely execution of operational goals
Preferred Skills:
Strong understanding of EdTech learner lifecycle
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) and ticketing systems
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
