We are seeking a smart, confident, and result-oriented HR Executive (Recruitment & Payroll) to join our HR team. This role will focus on 70% recruitment activities and 30% payroll & HR operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

Recruitment

• Manage end-to-end recruiting cycle for IT & Non-IT roles.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using innovative methods.
• Conduct HR rounds, negotiate offers, and manage candidate experience.
• Handle onboarding, joining formalities, and employment documentation.
• Drive campus recruitment initiatives and build strong university relationships.
• Support employee engagement initiatives.

Payroll & HR Operations

• Manage monthly payroll processing, attendance, and leave records.
• Address employee queries related to payroll, attendance, and HR policies.
• Maintain and update employee database and generate MIS reports.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record.
• 1–5 years of hands-on experience in recruitment and payroll.
• Prior exposure to IT/Tech hiring and payroll software is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving ability.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable applications using MongoDB, MySQL/PostgreSQL, Node.js, Express.js, React.js, and TypeScript.

Design, develop, and optimize RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.

Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best coding practices, performance, and security.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and DevOps teams to streamline development.

Contribute to AI-powered application development (if experienced in AI/ML).

Required Skills & Qualifications

✅ 2.5+ years of experience in MERN stack development.

What We’re Looking For :-

• 4–6 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in a high-growth D2C, e-commerce, or startup environment.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale paid media campaigns across Meta and Google Ads (experience with additional platforms is a plus).
• Strong analytical mindset with deep knowledge of attribution models, customer acquisition, and conversion funnels.
• A creative and collaborative approach to working with design and content teams.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant channels.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively while monitoring key KPIs (CAC, ROAS, CTR, CR) and reporting performance metrics regularly.
• Continuously test and refine ad creatives, audiences, ad placements, and bidding strategies to maximize impact.
• Analyze campaign performance using tools such as GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and attribution platforms.
• Partner with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with retention, product, and design teams to optimize the full-funnel experience, including landing pages.

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for monitoring project deliverables on day to day basis 
• Required to update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project's progress. 
• Assist, train, and ensure project team members with tasks that you have assigned to them. 
• Test the product modules and manage the change request, bug reports, etc. 
• Assist project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and progress reports.

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. 
• 3+ years of relevant Project Management experience. 
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills for documentation, user stories, etc. 
• Proficient in MS Excel, and Presentation. Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and Notion is a plus. 
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills. 
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 
• Ability to work well in a team environment. 
• Experience with project management tools and software. 
• Ability to identify project risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans.

Responsibilities:

• Build a high-quality web application from scratch.
• Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code to ensure the applications' best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness
• Work as part of a team developing web applications and services using Agile development methods.
• Contribute to team and organizational improvements in process and infrastructure.
• Code, test and operate Laravel based services.
• Lead the entire web application development life cycle right from concept stage to delivery and post launch support
• Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality
• Document the development process, architecture, and standard components
• Developing JSON, REST, and SOAP APIs/web services.

Skills Requirements

• Strong expertise in PHP programming on Laravel with deep understanding on Laravel features and libraries
• Restful API development expertise is a must
• Must be proficient in Web development technologies like HTML 5, CSS 3, Javascript, Node-JS
• Knowledge of jQuery and HTML
• Knowledge of MySQL and Query Optimization
• Knowledge of GIT
• Good written communication skills.

• 1-4 yr experience as an Angular 2+ or React or Ionic Developer.

• Knowledge of NodeJS frameworks such as ExpressJS etc.
• Knowledge of Creating RESTful services with Node.js and Experience with Socket.io
