Job Title: Business Development Executive(BDE)

Shift: Night Shift (US/International Market)

Location: Remote (Candidate must be based in Indore or Chennai)

Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers with good communication are welcome)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential clients through various channels (LinkedIn, email, calls, etc.)
• Generate leads and build a strong pipeline for sales
• Conduct client calls/meetings to understand their requirements and propose suitable services/solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams to align on client needs and solutions

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) in English
• Confident and proactive in handling client communication
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills

Role and Responsibilities-

• Dialing 50-80+ calls and counseling students who have enquired about the product/ services.
• Scheduling free demo lectures for the students.
• Doing post demo calls and closing sales.
• Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software.
• Work on targets and under pressure as this is a hardcore sales profile.
• Flexible to work on additional days and hours.

What we offer you-

Fixed Pay- 2.9 to 3LPA

Performance based incentives-2 to 3LPA

Total Pay- 4.9 to 6LPA

• candidate having 3+ years of experience
• REST API end point testing experience using REST-Assured framework.
• Experience in BDD framework (Behavior Driven Development) using Cucumber
• Preferable to have experience on Java, Selenium and Postman.
• Solid experience in manual testing
• Familiarity with test tracking and reporting systems
• Experience with Agile development practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions
• Skilled in interfacing with internal and external technical resources
• Involve in Platform Sprint activities.
• Write scripts to test various services, REST APIs developed
• Manual and automation testing of APIs and services, application

Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Work with a performance oriented team driven by ownership and open to experiments.
• Learn to design systems for high accuracy, efficiency and scalability.
• Help us make decisions to shape our REST APIs for developers worldwide
• Think outside the box, adapting the latest software technologies
• Contribute to open source
• Be involved and drive product & design discussions.
• Contribute to our technical innovation by learning and sharing your knowledge with our Engineering teams

Requirements

• Graduation in any technical stream
• A minimum of (3 to 5 ) years of relevant experience
• Ability to work at all levels of the stack, from Golang/NodeJS+NoSQL/SQL to React/+HTML+CSS+Azure/AWS
• Good architectural & design skills.
• Take full ownership and responsibility for building, shipping, and maintaining core LoginRadius features, end to end.
• Design and architect complex new systems, focusing not only on performance and scalability, but also on crafting a beautiful user experience.
• Experience in Docker/Kubernetes is a plus
• Ability to build a feature from scratch & drive it to completion
• A willingness to learn new technology, whatever lets you deliver the best product

• Have worked at a product company is a plus
