3. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor progress using Jira.
4. Ensure timely delivery of all projects within scope and budget.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, designers, and stakeholders.
6. Manage resource allocation and availability.
7. Evaluate project performance using appropriate tools and methods, communicating progress to relevant stakeholders.
8. Handle changes to project scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring project objectives are met.
9. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
10. Cultivate and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
2. 4 - 6 years of experience as a project manager/business analyst in software development,
3. Strong experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
7. Experience with project management and business analysis tools like JIRA / Asana.
