Job Summary 

We are currently looking to hire an energetic, highly motivated, can-do attitude individual who enjoys networking and establishing relationships, to join our team as Partnerships & Alliances Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial and strategic relationships with organizations in accordance with the company's overarching objective, goals, and strategies. 

Roles and Responsibilities 

Your main responsibilities will include: 

● Developing and implementing partnerships and alliances strategies 

● Identify potential technology and business partners for Valuebound 

● Conducting market research and competitor analysis for partnerships ● Discover potential partnership opportunities and collaboration areas ● Reach out to the identified potential partners and engage with them ● Pitching the relevant stakeholders with strong partnership offerings 

● Negotiating partnership agreements and contracts 

● Managing, nurturing and extending partner relationships 

● Regularly updating the partner portal (in case of technology partners) ● Tracking and reporting on partnership performance and ROI 

● Collaborating with sales and marketing teams on partnership initiatives ● Developing joint marketing and promotional activities with partners 

● Identifying and addressing partnership challenges and issues 

● Contributing to partnership program growth and success 

● Staying updated with industry trends and partnership developments

Key Requirements 

● Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field ● Prior experience in a similar role 

● Strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships 

● Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably Hubspot) would be an add-on ● Highly goal-oriented, assertive, problem solver and keen learner attitude ● Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly at all levels of the organization

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)

At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a back-end engineer

Excellent Java and object-oriented development skills

Experience in building and scaling microservices

Strong problem-solving skills, technical troubleshooting, and diagnosing

Solid knowledge of RDBMS and NoSQL technologies

Experience in developing back-ends for enterprise systems

Knowledge of debugging performance and optimization techniques

Experience in Java, Mongo, MySQL, AWS technologies, ELK stack, Spring boot, Kafka

Good knowledge of cloud technologies eg. AWS

Demonstrated ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment

1. Create Exclusive Distributors (minimum 4 in 4 months) in your respective areas of operation

1. To work directly with the distributor and the sales executives in designing and implementing key marketing campaigns.

1. To actively engage yourself to collect inventory, stocks and work reports of the distributor in a

daily/weekly basis.

1. To look after smooth functioning and supply chain of the authorized distributor under your

periphery.

1. To oversee sales executive schedule and plan them accordingly.

1. To facilitate cross-functional communications among project stakeholders.

1. To actively engage yourself with core marketing policies required for business development.

1. To look after the grievances and claims arising from time to time maintaining proper

coordination with the company.

• Experienced software developer with extensive knowledge of software development and agile methodologies, building responsive web applications using PHP, HTML/CSS, AngularJS, Web Services, and. NET.
• Good to have Healthcare domain experience.
• Ability to clearly understand requirements and translate them to software.
• Review business requirements, identify gaps, and assist in authoring functional design documents.
• Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude.
• Proactive and self-starter requiring minimal supervision, who can collaborate with multiple stakeholders in the company.
• Proficiency in relational databases like MySQL, MS SQL Server, and/or Oracle and web servers like IIS/Apache.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google cloud), container, and virtualization will be a big plus.
• Familiarity with Continuous integration (Jenkins/Hudson), automated testing, and version control (GitHub, SVN).
• Knowledge of 3 rd party libraries and APIs, modern frameworks and design patterns, and test automation tools for Unit and Performance testing.
• Awareness of secure coding practices and standards.
• Knowledge of Single-Sign-On using OAuth 2.0/SAML/OID/JWT would be a definite plus. Above all, you should love to build and ship products that real people use every day!

Roles and responsibilities:

• Must have experience in working with multiple & small teams.

• Debug code, solve incidents and defects.

Skills:

• Strong working knowledge of AWS.
• Implements AWS cloud platform.
• Infrastructure as Code, GitLab CI/CD, and DevOps standard methodologies
• scripting in Shell, Python, Ruby or any preferred scripting language

Terraform expertise is a MUST for this role.

Desired Profile

 Providing expertise on all matters related to CI, CD and DevOps.

 Building and maintaining highly available production systems.

 Developing and maintaining release related documents, such as release plan, release notes etc.

 Ensuring quality releases and managing release and configuration change conflicts to resolution.

 Tracking release and publishing release notes.  Investigating and resolving technical issues by deploying updates/ fixes.

 Onboard applications to DevOps process.

 Setup and configure build jobs.

 Create automated deployment scripts.

 Configure JIRA workflow, and integrate with Jenkins / Micro-services.

Qualification

 Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field and have previous experience as a DevOps Engineer.

 AWS Certification will be a plus.

 Experience of automation and provisioning approaches, using tools such as Terraform & Cloud Formation

Skillset Required

 Solid experience within release management, infra architecture, CI&CD.

 Highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.

 Proven experience of using Jenkins, Unix Shell Commands, Container technology (Docker, Kubernetes),

Java Programming, Groovy Script, Git, Code Branching Strategy, Maven, Gradle, JIRA, ECS, OpenShift.

Must Haves

• You’ve been building web applications professionally for 5+ years
• You’re proficient in NodeJS, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
• You possess strong OOP and design pattern knowledge
• Familiar with modern engineering practices: Code Reviews, Continuous Deployment, Automated Testing, etc
• You write understandable, testable code with an eye towards maintainability and experienced with TDD (Test Driven Development)
• You’ve the ability to build RESTful APIs
• Explaining complex technical concepts to designers, support team, and fellow engineers is not a problem for you
• Well versed with the fundamentals of computer science and distributed systems

Nice-to-haves

• FrontEnd experience; have built applications in either: React, Vue, Angular, or Svelte
