Technical Project Manager (7+ Years)

Location: Whitefield, Bangalore (WFO – 3 days/week)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to bridge engineering teams and business stakeholders while ensuring timely delivery of software projects. The role requires experience managing software development projects, cross-functional teams, Agile delivery, APIs, and cloud-based systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver software development projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, and track progress.
• Coordinate with backend, frontend, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Understand system architecture, APIs, microservices, and cloud deployments to guide decisions.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog grooming, retrospectives).
• Manage product backlog, sprint planning, and delivery metrics.
• Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and cross-team dependencies.
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, risk logs, and status reports.

Required Skills

Technical

• Strong understanding of SDLC.
• Experience with APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms.
• Basic understanding of backend and frontend technologies.

The Job

• Manage paid acquisition channels like Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Analyze the results and optimize individual campaigns.
• Be responsible for the ROI of dozens of campaigns you execute.
• Own, drive, and report on crucial marketing efficiency metrics such as CAC, LTV, and, ROAS
• Understand your target audience and customer behaviors. You create strategies and campaigns, understanding the entire user journey from account creation until purchase.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge set to fetch data from multiple online sources, cleanse it and build APIs on top of it
• Develop a deep understanding of our vast data sources on the web and know exactly how, when, and which data to scrap, parse and store
• We're looking for people who will naturally take ownership of data products and who can bring a project all the way from a fast prototype to production.
