The IT/BPO Business development Manager will be responsible for all the business development activities pertaining to Kreyon Systems IT services & products. The Business development Manager will be responsible for generating business leads & converting leads to clients. The BDM will be responsible for Sales operations and would be required to expand the Clientele for Kreyon Systems within specific timeframe. Responsibilities: • Primarily responsible for Business development pertaining to Kreyon systems IT services & products. • Spearhead business development initiatives for growth • Ensure that Sales goals & Targets are achieved. • Align with Kreyon's vision for expanding Customers & generate business revenue • Oversee customers requirements & communicate with them effectively EXPERTISE: • Requires a Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in an business administration • Generate good business leads & conversions. • Exposure to technology & experience of selling IT Solutions & Services • Demonstrated superior interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills • Highly developed consultative approach, solution selling and business development skills • Business and customer oriented team player with ability to form alliances across global boundaries

Kreyon Systems is looking for Software Developers for amazing international projects. Candidates should be able to develop Custom applications on ASP.NET4.0,C#. Good DB knowledge of SQL Server 2008 & reporting on RDLC etc will be preferred. Hands on Knowledge of MVC entity framework 4+, code first, MVVM, WCF, Design patterns, jquery & Javascript. Exposure/working knowledge of Cloud based applications. Must be creative should produce outstanding designs. Basic Qualifications: Desired Candidate Profile: • Ability to develop end to end solutions. • Good work experience on ASP.NET4.0+, SQL-Server, Jquery/JavaScript, & strong programming fundamentals. • Azure, Mobile programming experience will be helpful. • The candidate with ability to Solve problems will be preferred. • This will be a promising opportunity for the right candidates. Kreyon Systems requires a Creative Designer with very good expertise in HTML, CSS, Photoshop Video editing softwares. The candidate must also have good working knowledge of Jquery, javascript and past work experience on Web-applications. Hands on experience of creating web applications cloud based projects. Experience of JQuery, Javascript, HTML, CSS, Photoshop is a must. Exposure/working knowledge of Cloud based applications. Must be creative should produce outstanding designs.
