We’re looking for a curious, driven Prompt Engineer Intern who wants real ownership—not just theory. This is a hands-on role with a clear path to full-time conversion based on performance.

What You’ll Do

• Speak with clients regularly to deeply understand their requirements, use cases, and pain points
• Translate client feedback into optimized AI workflows, prompts, and system architectures
• Design, test, and refine prompts for LLMs to deliver accurate, efficient outputs
• Prioritize workflow improvements and write clear, actionable prompt specs and test cases
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to integrate prompts into live AI products and iterate based on results
• Track and analyze AI performance metrics (e.g., accuracy, latency, cost) to refine workflows
• Help shape the AI roadmap with a strong bias for execution, scalability, and client impact

Internship Details

• Duration: 6 months
• Conversion: Full-time opportunity based on performance
• Stipend: ₹10,000 - 15000 per month
• Full-Time CTC: ₹4.5+ LPA (performance-based)
• Ideal Profile: Aspiring Prompt Engineer with some exposure to AI projects, hackathons, side projects, or experimenting with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Grok)

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Founders Office Associate. The Founders Office Associate will support the founders in day-to-day administrative and strategic tasks, including coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, managing schedules, conducting research, and assisting in project management. 1. Develop and maintain custom modules, workflows, and scripts within the LOANIQ platform.
