Position Overview: The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and contributing to Company overall strategy. This individual will be responsible for expanding our client base, increasing revenue, and contributing to business expansion through strategic efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Research, identify, and evaluate new clients, partners, and market opportunities to develop growth strategies.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both existing and potential clients. Understand their needs and align solutions to Company’s offerings.

• Revenue Growth: Consistently achieve set targets, contributing directly to the company’s revenue goals.

• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to adjust strategies as needed.

• Proposal & Presentation Development: Prepare persuasive proposals and presentations that showcase Company’s services and value propositions.

• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, production, operations, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives and client requirements.

Qualifications:

• Education: Any Bachelor's degree

• Experience: 3-6 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field (preferably in the events or entertainment industry)

Requirements:

• Previously help a DevOps Engineer or System Engineer role

• 4+ years of production Linux system admin experience in high traffic environment

• 1+ years of experience with Amazon AWS and related services (instances, ELB,

   EBS, S3, etc.) and abstractions on top of AWS.

• Strong understanding of network fundamentals, IP and related services (DNS, VPN, firewalls, etc.) and    

   security concerns.

• Experience in running Docker and Kubernetes clusters in production.

• Love automating mundane tasks and make developers life easy

• Must be able to code in, at a minimum, Python (or Ruby) and Bash.

• Non-trivial production experience with Saltstack and/or Puppet, Composer,Jenkins, GIT

• Agile software development best practices - continuous integration, releases,branches, etc.

• Experience with modern monitoring tools; capacity planning.

• Some experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, Node.js, and PHP is a plus.

• Self-motivated, fast learner, detail-oriented, team player with a sense of humor

Experience in managing CI/CD using Jenkins.

• Basic knowledge of Oracle Forms and reports - (Must)
• Good experience on SQL*Loader.
• Should Knowledge on Agile / Scrum.
• Handled errors using Exception Handling extensively for the ease of debugging and displaying the error messages in the application.
• Using SQL developer tool we debugged the code and unit test

VP engineering would be leading the technology (engineering) team of 25 (and counting) to build a world-class SAAS product that is serving 7000+ businesses (or 50,000 users) across the globe. The person would be responsible to oversee the product development and technology research ensuring scalability and effectiveness. The core role would involve leading development, managing team & processes leading to effective technology products as an outcome.

The person would be responsible for leading the product development to scale to a million businesses over the next ten years or 25K businesses in the next 3 years. The person should be able to build a team & process accordingly to ensure a smooth growth path for the product and company. The mission would be to build fully horizontal architecture & micro services with robust security.

• Leading the technology development by learning and researching the best upcoming technology. Analyzing current technology gaps in the system and evangelizing for better state of art technology development.

• Evaluating technology architecture, gaps, and improvisation requirements. Building new architectures for further product development along with elaborated documentations.

• Leading the team of software engineers to guide them with the best technology and process practices. Coaching and motivating the team to ensure enhanced performance across teams. 

• Engaging with Product teams to shape the product roadmap. Working with the tech support team to analyze open issues and bugs and ensure an efficient process for fixing the same.

• Building processes for product development, security audits, new recruitment, technology research, technical documentation, etc.
