We're looking for a sales professional who will be prospecting and developing our outreach lists.

We provide full training and ongoing support.

Your Daily Tasks:

-Research funnel flows and take down key information.

-Notate information from Linkedin

-Use email scraper

-Build detailed lists for tracking

. Security & Governance - 

• Implement and enforce MFA / access control / role-based permissions.
• Strengthen endpoint security, patching, device encryption, and basic incident response.
• Network hygiene: Secure Wi-Fi (guest vs internal), firewall rules, VPN (as required)
• Cloud, Email & Data Organization
• Admin ownership of Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365
• Improve email organisation (shared inboxes, groups, retention, anti-phishing)
• Define and maintain folder structure + naming standards + permissions

2.  Backup & Recovery

• Design and execute a data backup strategy(3-2-1 approach preferred)
• Schedule backups + perform restore drills for critical data
• IT Operations & Internal Communication
• Hardware/software standardization (Windows / Apple devices, printers, scanners, NAS)
• IT Helpdesk basics + asset register + access documentation

3. AI & SaaS Enablement 

• Execute and implement AI Tools / SaaS for departments(securely and responsibly)
• Drive adoption/training of Google Apps, MS 365, and Apple workflows for staff + technicians

What is the role?

Xoxoday is looking for a candidate who has a strong background in the design and implementation of scalable architecture and a good understanding of Algorithms, Data structures, and design patterns. Candidates must be ready to learn new tools, languages, and technologies. We are offering hybrid / remote options as well.

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 4 -7 years of experience as a software developer.
• At Least 3 years of experience in .net core C#, AWS stack, MS SQL Server, MVC, NodeJS experience is a plus
• Strong working knowledge in distributed event-driven messaging architecture/platform
• Strong knowledge in data access layer especially ability to work with stored procedure
• Established and stimulated software development standards and processes along with best practices for delivery of scalable and high-quality software.
• Production experience with AWS stack
• Fluent English speaker

Preferred Qualifications:l

• Experience working with OOP languages.
• Experience designing and developing Microservices and SOA.
• Experience working with AWS Kinesis, Lambda, SQS, S3, ElastiCache, ElasticSearch, Kubernetes, EventBridge, RDS, CloudWatch, APIGateway
• Experience designing and building high-performance scalable web services.
• Experience in REST API design and implementation.
• Experience in unit testing, test automation, and continuous delivery.
• Experience with stream-processing and message-broker software.

Responsibilities:

 • Managing all Network equipment and ensuring uptime

 • Attend the Incident Management calls.

 • Create diagrams as per the requirements with respect to process and locations.

 • Making configuration changes to devices, if any

 • To keep updating the documents.

 • Monitoring the network to determine capacity usage and escalate/ recommend necessary steps wit seniors.

 • Resolution of network faults within the time

 • Identifying LAN/WAN faults and resolving them through vendors providing maintenance services

 • Updating documentation of the LAN, like IP address register, PC IDs, Router configurations, hardware, network diagrams as and when changes happen.

 • Providing second level support for any network problems and troubleshooting the same in coordination with the vendor.

 • Creation of external and internal networks

 • Planning, implementation, and configuration of monitoring and maintenance network hardware and telecommunications links, including routers, switches, IDS, load-balancing, etc for expansions of network

 • Implementation and maintenance of network architecture components for managed services, including OS installation hardening management, implementation and maintenance of network monitoring tool sets

 • Establish and maintain a redundant network operations environment, including substantial software and hardware fail-over, monitoring and testing the configuration performance

 • Manage proper testing of the network environment, including simulations, stress testing, and benchmarks for both preventive maintenance and reporting purposes

 • Implementation and maintenance with consistent improvement of network security measures

 • Installation of router switches and LAN /WAN equipment
