Role Summary :

We are hiring a DevOps Engineer with strong product-based experience to manage infrastructure for a Fintech platform built on stateful microservices.

The role involves working across hybrid cloud + on-prem, with deep expertise in Kubernetes, Helm, GitOps, IaC, and Cloud Networking.

Mandatory Skills :

Product-based experience, deep Kubernetes (managed & self-managed), custom Helm Chart development, ArgoCD/FluxCD (GitOps), strong AWS/Azure cloud networking & security, IaC module development (Terraform/Pulumi/CloudFormation), experience with stateful microservices (DBs/queues/caches), multi-tenant deployments, HA/load balancing/SSL/TLS/cert management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deploy and manage stateful microservices in production.
• Handle both managed & self-managed Kubernetes clusters.
• Develop and maintain custom Helm Charts.
• Implement GitOps pipelines using ArgoCD/FluxCD.
• Architect and operate secure infra on AWS/Azure (VPC, IAM, networking).
• Build reusable IaC modules using Terraform/CloudFormation/Pulumi.
• Design multi-tenant cluster deployments.
• Manage HA, load balancers, certificates, DNS, and networking.

Job Title: Mid-Level Frontend Developer (React/TypeScript)

Job Description: We are looking for a Mid-Level Front End Developer with 2-3 years of experience in React and TypeScript to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of React and TypeScript, and be able to write high-quality, maintainable code. They should also be familiar with module CSS, have experience working with component libraries and state management frameworks, and have a passion for creating beautiful and intuitive user interfaces.

Responsibilities:

●      Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code using React and TypeScript

●      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features

●      Participate in code reviews and contribute to code quality improvement initiatives

●      Use our in-house component library and Storybook to develop reusable components

●      Work with Recoil.js for state management and Context API for in-house libraries

●      Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that follows best practices

●      Ensure code quality and maintainability through automated testing, linting, and code analysis

●      Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development

Requirements:

●      2-3 years of experience in developing front-end applications using React and TypeScript

• Own the delivery of multiple features of the product end to end while hands-on in development as well
• Advocate best development practices such as continuous integration/continuous delivery, automation (testing and infrastructure) and code modularity, extensibility, quality

• Deploy daily campaigns and triggered flows to a combined audience for key channels - email, SMS and push notifications. Execute A/B tests to optimize campaigns for revenue and engagement.
• Oversee and optimize marketing automation strategies to drive customer retention and sales, including lifecycle emails, personalized triggers, and daily campaigns.
• Maintain, publish, and optimize regular (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) reports  that track channel and customer-level performance.
• Provide regular reporting and analysis on campaign performance with clear direction to the team on what they can try to do differently to drive increased performance.
• Translate reporting insights into recommendations for the marketing team and cross-functional partners on how to drive sales and increase customer performance and LTV.
• Define and implement the testing agenda for campaigns and automation flows including segmentation, messaging, frequency, send day/time, personalization, etc.
• Manage promotional codes calendar, including sharing promo codes with our affiliate partners, making sure the team is aware of the promotional strategy and that it is implemented across channels.
• Develop new segmentation and targeting strategies based on customer data and business needs.
• Develop customer-facing tests to maximize customer engagement and lifetime value.
• Support project scoping to grow available data and assist with data migration between systems, as well as checking for data quality/integrity.

• 6 to 8 years of experience with the majority as Java engineer
• Strong hands-on experience on building the application using technologies Java, Spring/Springboot/Microservices
• Experience in building Micro Services using Spring Boot would be a plus
• Strong knowledge and experience with SQL queries and databases like Postgre SQL/Oracle.
