2. Should have good Oral and written communication skills.
3. Should have hands-on experience in handling IT Recruitment Permanent and Contract Staffing.
4. Strong in Searching Techniques / Sending Mass Mails / Job Postings etc
5. Familiar with IT requirements and Recruitment process.
6. Result oriented and ability to build strong professional relationships
7. Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast paced environment.
8. Should have good convincing and negotiable skills.
9. Strong team player and pro-active.
10. Handling end-to-end recruitment.
11. Searching resumes through internal databases, references and external entities like Boolean searches, Mass Mailing through job boards, Job Posting, LinkedIn searches.
12. Coordinating the interviews of candidates with the client. Scheduling and Tracking the Shortlisted Candidates for the Interview.
13. Responsible for tracking the offered Candidates until Joins the Organization.
14. Maintaining the Trackers Reports of the Candidates

Job Description: Role as Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handling & routing End-to-End Recruitment from initiating the recruitment process to streamlining overall operations.
• Identify client needs on every requirement with quick response time.
• Understanding the skill set required by our Corporate clients.
• Sourcing potential candidate for required skill set through various Job Portals like naukri, LinkedIn, monster, times jobs etc., existing database, internal and external references.
• Conducting the preliminary interviews and briefing the candidates regarding the job profile, salary package and Organization, etc.
• Screening the candidates & forward their resumes for suitable positions based on the client’s requirements.
• Once shortlisted, scheduling the Interview, follow up and co-ordination towards clients.
• Handling on boarding process to ensure the joining formalities are carried out smoothly.
• Maintain candidate database and generate reports from time to time.

• Attract first-rate talent and ensure lasting and successful placements aligned to client requirements
• Responsible for end to end selection process – sourcing, screening, interview coordination, back ground verification etc. in accordance with Anther recruitment strategy
• Understand client company, competitors, market place
• Client management – understand the client mindset, nuances of the requirement, coordination across all stages of recruitment while creating a positive rapport with the client stake holders.
• Map requirement, role criteria, define position description, skill specification
• Locate, identify and track potential candidates through the use of Job-Boards, social media, user groups/associations, candidate referrals, networking, etc
• Create detailed candidate profile summaries for each candidate presented
• Candidate Experience – ensure that all candidates are well informed on all aspects of the position proposed and are prepared adequately before every interview. Hand hold candidates through offer, on boarding and settling in period at the client Organisation
• Build network of candidates and develop creative, cost-effective sourcing strategies to accommodate for current and future client demands

• Handling Recruitment functionalities.
• Work on search engines like Naukri and Monster and hire candidates.
• Short listing resumes from search engines and references.
• Joining formalities
• Lining up of candidates for the Interviews.
• Performing Reference Check for selected employees.
• Coordinating with candidates & the technical panel for scheduling the interviews.

• Identifies recruiting channels and target talent pools and conducts search for candidates
• Captures applicant information into recruiting database, maintaining database for future reference
• Prepares and shares candidate communications throughout recruiting lifecycle
• Provides candidate logistics support during hiring process, including coordination of candidate interviews and screening
• Screens candidates, including review of application and resume along with conducting assessments and interviews in partnership with Hiring Manager
• Serves as a point of escalation for inquiries and redirects the resolution of complex or unusual talent acquisition inquiries to the Talent Acquisition COE
• Provides inputs on recruiting operations and execution improvements to Talent Acquisition Lead and Talent Acquisition COE
