Mandatory(Experience 1)- Must have 7+ years of product management experience, with the most recent 3 years spent owning a consumer-facing product surface (app, web funnel, onboarding, checkout, or equivalent B2C surface

Mandatory(Experience 2)- Must have a metric-backed track record improving numbers — owned numbers, a steady experimentation cadence (A/B tests, rollouts, readouts), and comfort with analytics: funnels, cohorts, drivers, causal reasoning, measurement hygiene

Mandatory(Experience 3)- Must be fluent with AI — active, habitual use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or equivalent) in daily product practice

Strong HR Leadership / HR Operations profiles

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 10+ years of overall HR experience, with hands-on ownership of HR Operations, Recruitement, Administration in an IT / Software / Product company

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have atleast 3+ years in a managerial or supervisory HR role, with experience aligning HR strategy, policies, and processes with business and leadership (CEO / senior management) goals.

Mandatory (Experience 3): Proven expertise in end-to-end HR lifecycle management, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, appraisals, payroll, compensation & benefits, insurance, exits, and employee data/MIS reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Design components by translating product requirements, break down projects into tasks, and provide accurate estimates. Build scalable and reliable technology solutions at a rapid pace
