Job Role:Social Media Content Creator

Job Overview:

As a Social Media Content Creator, you will play a crucial role in crafting and curating content that resonates with our clients' target audiences. We’re looking for a Campaign Manager with hands-on experience using tools like Instantly, Clay, and Smartlead to build and scale cold outreach or lead generation campaigns that convert.

🔧 Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize outbound email campaigns using Instantly and/or Smartlead
• Use Clay to enrich lead data and personalize at scale
• Build and maintain lead lists, automate workflows, and monitor deliverability
• A/B test subject lines, messaging, and sequences to improve response rates
• Monitor KPIs like open rate, reply rate, positive response rate, and booked calls
• Collaborate with copywriters, sales teams, and growth teams to align on messaging
