Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps SRE (Build Engineer) with 8+ years of expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust build and deployment pipelines while ensuring system reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage, maintain, and optimize build and deployment pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Docker, and GitHub.
• Configure and manage application servers, particularly JBoss, ensuring performance and reliability.
• Implement and manage configuration management tools such as Puppet to automate infrastructure provisioning and maintenance.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth CI/CD workflows.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Linux-based systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Work on ATG build and deployment tasks (not mandatory but a plus).
• Ensure system security, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
• Document processes and best practices to improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Build Engineer roles.
• Proficient in JBoss configuration and management.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Linux, Puppet, and GitHub.
• Expertise in Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline creation and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of build and deployment processes, tools, and practices.
• Solid experience with Linux systems administration and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ATG Build and Deployment processes (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to system performance and reliability.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.

Your Impact:

• Implements Digital Consumer experiences based on a foundation of SFCC (Salesforce commerce cloud) to meet expected quality standards

• Ensures functional requirements and high-level solution designs are understood and are translated into detailed technical design

• Implement proofs of concept to prove any new technologies, application flows or integration scenarios and identify customizations needed to SFCC platform for meeting client requirements

• Guides the performance tuning and scalability of the ecommerce solution

• Diagnose and solve technical problems during implementation and support phases

Your Skills & Experience:

•  4-8 Years with 2+ years of implementing commerce application on any eCommerce platform in last 3 years

• If you have not worked in eCommerce platform, we can still discuss with you if you are expert in Java/Net and understand REST/SOAP webservices.

• Demonstrate proficiency in build and release management using CI/CD strategies (leveraging tools like Jenkins and DevOps practices), implement Mocha/Chai unit and functional test cases in order to reduce costs while ensuring quality
. Contributes to designing, implementing and documenting the build release process as well as system configuration and deployment characteristics of the applications

• Participates in technical walkthroughs/ code reviews of other team members’ components, test plans and results and help them with gaps

• Collaborate with architect to define implementation processes and quality gates and standards

• Identifies risks and issues, and help monitor them

• Guides the development of reference and resource materials

• Mentors developers in improving their platform knowledge and development skills

• Communicate technical design to the developers and help/guide them in the implementation

• Participates in Agile sprints

Requirements

1.Proven experience managing digital advertising campaigns, with a focus on Google Ads, Instagram Ads, and other major platforms.

(Experience in edtech industry is a plus)

3.Creative Mindset & Strong Analytical skill to manage campaign performance

4,Knowledge of SEO principles and experience with search engine marketing (SEM) is a plus.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute digital advertising strategies tailored to promote our EdTech app and its features.

2.Manage all aspects of online advertising campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Instagram Ads, and facebook ads.

3.Conduct thorough market research and audience analysis to identify target demographics and refine targeting strategies.

4.Create compelling ad creatives, including copywriting and visual assets, that resonate with our audience and drive engagement.

5.Monitor campaign performance closely, analyzing key metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROI, and adjust strategies accordingly to meet KPIs.

6.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital advertising, particularly within the EdTech sector.

7.Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement..

8. Given the requirement work on any tasks given by the marketing team
