At Kafqa, we are building the next generation performing arts platform. Our mission is to transform how India learns, performs & watchers performing arts. We are currently in stealth mode with a target public launch date in April. Founder & Team

Role
We are looking for an experienced Frontend engineer with ReactJS development experience to join our team.
Here’s are some of the things you might have to do on any given day:
- Implement responsive and performant UIs with user centered approach with frontend technologies including ReactJS, Javascript(ES 6), Typescript, SCSS, etc
- Write meaningful test cases for frontend &
- Develop Infrastructure for delivering services using a performance driven approach, build databases, schedule automated jobs, etc
Ideal Background / Experience
- At least 12 months of diverse experience in web development for product or services oriented environment with exposure to working production deployments

Key Responsibilities –
The Recruiter is responsible for executing recruiting regional strategies that strengthen organizational capabilities to ensure business leaders have the talent to successfully achieve business objectives.

Recruiting Delivery
• Execute full life-cycle regional recruiting processes, including the HR-related onboarding of new employees
• Support the client group’s current and future staffing needs within the HR service delivery framework.
• Take part in the execution of outsourcing strategy (if any) appropriate to the regions workforce planning and business needs to source, attract, and hire best talent.
• Utilize various tools and resources to effectively evaluate talent in a variety of methods in order to ensure that the company is selecting highly qualified and engaged professionals to join the organization
• Provide value-add recruiting advice to hiring managers to influence and persuade talent decisions

As a YouTube Growth Manager, you will be responsible for the YouTube channel of the company from end-to-end.
What you will do:
- Taking responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the company's YouTube channel with 42k+ subscribers and millions of views.
- Devising and implementing content strategy, video optimization, subscriber growth and viewership growth for the company's existing and newly created YouTube channels.

- Calculating monthly Professional Tax as per eligibility. Checking and verifying all vouchers of purchase, sales, receipts, payment and Journal entries for Internal audit till finalization and submission of relevant taxes.
Desired Candidate Profile
What you need to have:- Proven work experience of at least 5 years as a Senior Accountant
- Minimum Post Graduation in Commerce Field; additional certification in Finance field / Taxation field will be a plus.
- In-depth Knowledge of Finance & Taxation.
- Knowledge of labour laws and any other legal laws will be a plus
- Working of TDS on salary of employees
- E-payment of PTRC & PTEC & PTRC yearly professional tax returns with sales tax site (Form IIIB).
- Knowledge of all GST rates applicable for all types of services and products.
- Hands on Experience on PHP, Laravel, MySQL, jQuery, HTML5, Linux
- Knowledge of open source platforms like Wordpress will be an added advantage.
