and food processing industries, involving PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems from design to

commissioning.

Required Skills & Competencies

 Hands-on experience in PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming

 Knowledge of industrial automation in pharma/process industries

 Basic understanding of electrical & instrumentation wiring

 Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics

 Experience in programming languages such as .NET, VB/VB.Net, SQL/T-SQL (preferred)

 Familiarity with AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or similar tools (added advantage)

Key Responsibilities

 Program, test, and commission industrial control systems

 Select appropriate PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems based on customer URS

 Develop I/O lists as per P&ID and project requirements

 Design and implement control logic for automation projects

 Manage project timelines and ensure timely execution

 Coordinate with project managers on scope changes and updates

 Support FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) and commissioning activities

 Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and P&ID drawings

 Assist in troubleshooting electrical and instrumentation systems

 Ensure smooth project execution through effective coordination

Must-Have:

● Proven experience as an AI/ML specifically with a focus on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) in production.

● Deep expertise in building Agentic Workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen.

● Strong proficiency in designing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) 

● Experience with Function Calling/Tool Use in LLMs to connect AI models with external APIs (REST/gRPC) for transactional tasks

● Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), specifically Vertex AI, Model Garden, and deploying models on GPUs

● Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).

Mandatory Criteria

• Looking for candidates from Bangalore and NP less than or equal to 20 days
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of experience in quality assurance or software testing, with at least 3 years focused on test automation and 2+ years in a leadership or senior role.
• Solid knowledge of SQL Experience in architecting and implementing automated testing frameworks . Strong in programming/scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript for automation development.
• Expertise with automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, Appium, or RestAssured, and integrating them into CI/CD workflows.
• Proven leadership skills, including mentoring junior engineers and managing team deliverables in an agile environment.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, qTest) and defect tracking systems (e.g., Jira).
• Deep understanding of testing best practices, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
• Ability to analyze system architecture and identify key areas for test coverage and risk mitigation.
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS preferred). Understanding of performance, security, and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, OWASP ZAP).
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools (e.g., ELK Stack, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana) for test environment analysis.
