Qualifications
- B.E. with 3+ years of testing experience.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and scrum processes.
- Experience developing automated and manual test plans.
- Experience with test automation tools preferably Selenium & Specflow
- Experience with API testing using Postman or Swagger or others
- Experience with SQL and databases basic knowledge
- Experience with object-oriented programming languages such as C#
- Experience with source-control management such as Git
- Experience in testing apps developed with web technologies such as ASP.NET, MVC, JavaScript, and Angular, Protractor, and Karma.
Desired
- Experience with Continuous Integration such as Jenkins.
- Experience with cloud-based technology and specifically the Azure Cloud.

Objectives of the job
To ensure Skill Enhancement of sales and after-sales staff :
a) Managing the dealership’s training requirements, including identification of training needs and nomination to required programs
b) Delivery of training courses and programs as per OEM’s standards.
c) Ensuring that training provided by OEM to the sales and after sales staff supports the aims
and objectives of the dealership via in-house trainings, role plays, tests etc. and provide feedback to OEM for future training requirements
d) Implementing an in-house training system at the dealership
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions for dealership staff on various aspects of automobile sales, customer service, product knowledge, and dealership operations.
- Develop training materials, modules, and resources tailored to the needs of dealership personnel.

Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Founding Engineer (first engineering hire). This is an equity-only role, meaning compensation will be in the form of equity rather than a salary.
This role will be 30% applied research and 70% product engineering. The expectation is that you will be able to commit 15 hours per week for this role to begin with.
