Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Architect to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and modern AI frameworks, with a strong focus on building scalable and production-ready AI applications.

Mandatory Skills :

Generative AI, Agentic AI, Python, LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, Hugging Face, AWS/Azure/GCP, MLOps/LLMOps, APIs, Microservices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and architect scalable enterprise AI solutions using Agentic AI and Generative AI technologies.
• Develop AI applications leveraging Python, LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Prompt Engineering.
• Build and orchestrate AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, Hugging Face, or similar.
• Integrate AI models with enterprise applications using APIs and microservices.
• Deploy, monitor, and optimize AI applications using MLOps/LLMOps best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance AI solutions on cloud platforms.

Required Skills :

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, software engineering, or enterprise AI solution development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Proficiency in Python for developing AI-powered applications and intelligent agents.
• Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and Prompt Engineering techniques.
• Hands-on expertise with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, Hugging Face, or equivalent.
• Experience designing and integrating REST APIs and microservices-based architectures.
• Good knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with MLOps/LLMOps tools for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solution architecture.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with vector databases and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of cloud-native architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience working on enterprise AI transformation projects.

• Should act as a technical resource for the Data Science team and be involved in creating and implementing current and future Analytics projects like data lake design, data warehouse design, etc.
• Analysis and design of ETL solutions to store/fetch data from multiple systems like Google Analytics, CleverTap, CRM systems etc.
• Developing and maintaining data pipelines for real time analytics as well as batch analytics use cases.
• Collaborate with data scientists and actively work in the feature engineering and data preparation phase of model building
• Collaborate with product development and dev ops teams in implementing the data collection and aggregation solutions
• Ensure quality and consistency of the data in Data warehouse and follow best data governance practices
• Analyse large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns

• Bachelor’s or Masters in a highly numerate discipline such as Engineering, Science and Economics
• 2-6 years of proven experience working as a Data Engineer preferably in ecommerce/web based or consumer technologies company
• Hands on experience of working with different big data tools like Hadoop, Spark , Flink, Kafka and so on
• Good understanding of AWS ecosystem for big data analytics
• Hands on experience in creating data pipelines either using tools or by independently writing scripts
• Hands on experience in scripting languages like Python, Scala, Unix Shell scripting and so on
• Strong problem solving skills with an emphasis on product development.
• Experience using business intelligence tools e.g. Tableau, Power BI would be an added advantage (not mandatory)

• 3+ years of recent hands-on Java development
• Java, Python, JavaScript programming languages
• Fluency with RESTful APIs, AngularJS, HTML5 and CSS
• Great understanding of designing for performance, scalability, and reliability of data intensive application
• Understanding of database fundamentals and advanced SQL knowledge
• In-depth understanding of object oriented programming concepts and design patterns
• Ability to communicate clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, verbally and in writing
• Understanding of full software development life cycle, agile development and continuous integration
• Experience in Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban

• Exposure to various technologies like Spring Boot, Microservices, Kubernetes and also some frontend technologies like React.js, Node.js or other UI frameworks.
