WHAT IS THE ROLE?
About the Role: This role requires someone who would:
- Be responsible for creating and delivering on the product roadmap - Interface with design, engineering, business and growth teams and drive the desired outcome
- Understand user behaviour and champion consumers needs and strive to deliver the absolute best consumer experience
- Grow product adoption and key app metrics
Expectations/Requirements:
- A passionate APM / Senior Product Associate with 3+ years of experience in Product Management
- Someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who enjoys taking end-to-end ownership of the product and work across stakeholders to achieve the desired objectives for the product
- A keen eye for understanding the end user and creating product-led solutions to bridge user need gaps
- Strong analytical skills, ability to define KPIs, KPI dashboards and success metrics.
- Prioritization: The PM should be able to carry out effective prioritization of user stories balancing between user experiences, business requirements, tech debts and resourcing. Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:

About Vidyakul
India’s first vernacular e-learning platform aims to make education more accessible in tier-II, III cities. We offer live lectures and pre-recorded courses (from Class 9th- 12th in Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, and Hinglish) to help state board students to learn academics.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in sales.
- Take ownership of functional and sustainable business growth of 'The Dollar Business' brand.
- Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote our services.
- Be responsible for building and managing a sales force and distribution network capable of marketing and selling Vimbri Media's full product line in his / her territory.

- Obsess over getting immersed in the user's environment, understanding their psyche, motivations, behaviours to understand the real problems and needs.
- Own end-to-end experience with all aspects of research (study design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting)
- Identify and apply relevant research methods to generate effective responses to the research questions.
- Independently conceptualise, plan and execute foundational, generative and evaluative studies while operating in complex organisational demands, with minimum guidance.
- Apply your expertise and knowledge of research methodologies, human factors, the user-centred design process, and statistics to product and service design in an iterative development environment.
- Help us set up the best practices to support the research team.
Full stack developer with the following skills:
- Fluent in T-SQL [Store Procedure, Triggers, Cursors]
- Basic Knowledge of ETL tools like SSIS or other related
- Able to perform front end development (HTML, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular)
- Able to write C# code using .net core or .net framework
- Knowledge of Object-oriented programming

- Reviewing teacher-student interactions
- Identifying potential quality issues per defined processes
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve overall consumer experience
- Ensuring key issues are escalated in a timely manner
- Assessing alignment of output with functional and instructional specifications and requirements
- Assisting with iterations of metrics, benchmarks and process documentation

What you need to have:
- 1-3 years experience in Quality Assessment/ Auditing in EdTech assessing online classes on Scratch and Codelabs will be given preference.
- BTech graduate with excellent knowledge of MIT Scratch, Python and Codelabs
- Extremely strong organizational and communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
- Experience in creating assessment sheets and conducting calibrations
- Detail-oriented, solution-driven, compliance-minded and results-oriented
- Highly motivated to solve problems with proven troubleshooting skills and ability to analyze problems by type and severity
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities successfully
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, result-driven, and high-growth organization and meet strict deadlines.
