🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Identify current and future hiring needs and convert them into structured recruitment plans

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, skills, and competencies

• Drive end-to-end recruitment within defined timelines, budget, and quality standards

• Optimize internal and external sourcing channels to build strong talent pipelines

• Conduct in-depth screening and interviews to present quality candidate slates

• Manage interview coordination, scheduling, and stakeholder communication

• Use data and market insights to improve hiring decisions and candidate experience

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective talent

Conduct market and company research using Apollo.io, Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build verified client lists.

Study industry trends and identify high-potential customer segments for outreach.

Perform verification calls to confirm CRM usage, IT decision-makers, and company requirements (no sales pitching).

Qualify and categorize leads based on industry, company size, geography, and expected needs.

Prepare accurate and structured lead sheets for the sales team to use in outreach.

Create company profiles, background summaries, and research briefs for Senior Consultants.

Schedule discovery meetings once leads are validated and properly qualified.

Manage personalized email outreach campaigns via Instantly.ai and improve sequences based on engagement.

Maintain clean CRM data, update records, and prepare weekly reports on lead flow and market insights.

Candidate should be organized, analytical, detail-oriented, with 1–2 years of experience and strong written & spoken communication skills.

• Good interpersonal skills: ability to communicate complex concepts. requiring a GCSE in English or equivalent
• Liaise with team members to identify and implement new features and technologies that will provide significant product enhancements and cutting-edge features.

Technical Knowledge

• Executing full lifecycle software development
• Programming well-designed, testable, efficient code
• 4+ years of work experience with React and function components.
• Advanced understanding of; React, Redux, JavaScript, ES6+, Jest.
• Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem-solving, and complexity analysis. Good experience with HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, material UI
• Expert in Browser Compatibility, Responsive Web Design, Accessibility
• Basic understanding of Node.js, Express
• Experience using common design patterns. High standards for code quality, maintainability, and performance
• High understanding of web development UI/UX design principles and best practices
• Working knowledge of RESTful API Paradigms
• Feel comfortable with: Jira and Git (Bitbucket)

The Language Engineering team works on the source code analyzers, including both programming languages and configuration-as-code systems. As a member of the Language Engineering team, you will work on building the best, most comprehensive, PHP analyzer in the world. You will add new rules and Autofixes for finding more issues with code and automatically fixing them. You will be involved with the community to understand the problems with static analysis tools in the PHP ecosystem.

• Identify bad code practices in PHP and write new rules to detect them.

• Improve the coverage of automatically fixable issues.

• Ensure fewer false positives are reported by the analyzer.

• Work on the internal tools that support analysis runtimes.

• Contribute to open-source static analysis tools.

• Strong foundational knowledge in Computer Science.

• At least 3 years of professional software development experience in PHP.

• Understanding of the nuances of execution of the source code (AST, data flow graphs, etc).

• Familiarity with PHP best practices followed in the industry.

• Native experience with Linux/Unix environment.

• A focus on delivering high-quality code through strong testing practices.

We are looking to hire an experienced Frontend Developer with a very good grasp over Javascript and the capability to make responsive pages.
The candidate should have good knowledge of:

Cloud Platform Developer:

• 8 to 12 years of platform development experience with good knowledge on any virtualized platform (VMware ESXi, Linux KVM, Openstack, AWS, etc)
• Candidate must understand how to instantiate/provision/package VMs on cloud platforms – OVF/OVA, qcow2, etc.
• Strong in Shell and Python scripting; Knowledge of Apache Maven is plus.
• Knowledge of Ansible or Terraform will be useful
• Knowledge of Rift.io / Open source MANO / Restful APIs will be plus
• Good knowledge of Linux OS fundamentals – IPCs (sockets, shared memory, etc), multi-threading, Semaphores, IP routing, etc.
• Experience of working in an agile software development environment is critical
• Exposure to multiple aspect of product lifecycle process including requirement gathering, functional specification, design, development, testing, and maintenance.
