We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from inception to successful completion. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
- Utilize your expertise in React, Node, and AWS to provide technical guidance and ensure the successful implementation of projects.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, task assignments, and milestones.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, business management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 to 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong proficiency in React, Node, and AWS, with a solid understanding of their integration and deployment in project environments.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects, including successful delivery within defined timelines and budgets.
- Excellent business acumen, with the ability to understand and align project objectives with organizational goals.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide project teams to achieve desired outcomes.
- Exceptional self-management and team-management skills, ensuring effective collaboration and accountability.
