Job Title: Assistant Manager - Finance

Job Responsibilities:

 Preparation Financials: Ensuring accurate and timely preparation of the financial statements

as per Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and consolidation.

 Monthly Finance MIS: Preparing monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports to

track financial performance.

 Quarterly Results: Compiling and presenting financial results to meet quarterly reporting

deadlines.

 Annual Report Preparation: Managing the preparation and review of the company’s annual

report, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

 Taxation: preparation of Tax Audit Report and filing of Income Tax returns, TDS Returns.

Preparing data of Income tax assessments.

 Indirect Tax: preparation and filing of GST returns

Key Qualifications:

 Educational Requirements: Commerce graduate/postgraduate (B.Com/M.Com) or CA

Intermediate or ICWAI.

 Experience: Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.

 Preferred Experience: Experience in a listed company is highly desirable.

 Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Ind AS, accounting principles, and commercial

knowledge.

 Software Skills: Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite, Tally, MS Excel, Word, MS Power Point.

Key Competencies:

 Expertise in Ind AS and experience with financial statement preparation in compliance with

these standards.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in financial reporting and statutory

compliance.

 Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage monthly, quarterly, and

annual financial cycles.

 Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Auditors and Management.

Preferred Qualities:

 Candidates with exposure to a listed company will be preferred due to familiarity with

compliance and reporting standards for publicly traded companies.

 Hands on experience of NetSuite Oracle ERP.

Mandatory Skill set : C++ and Python - UNIX- Database - SQL or Postgres

Developer Role EXP : 3 to 5yrs

Location : Bangalore /Chennai/Hyderabad

1. Strong proficiency in C++ , with fair knowledge of the language specification (Telecom experience is preferred). 

2. Proficient understanding of standard template library (STL): algorithms, containers, functions, and iterators 

3. Must have experience on Unix platforms, should possess shell scripting skills.

4. Knowledge on compilers(gcc, g) and debugger (dbx). Knowledge of libraries and linking. 

5. Good understanding of code versioning tools (e.g. Git, CVS etc.)

6. Able to write and understand python scripts (both python2 and python3)

7. Handson with logic implementation in python and should be familiar with list comprehension and is comfortable in integrating it with C++ and Unix scripts

8. Able to implement multithreading in both C++ and Python environment.

9. Familiar with Postgres SQL. 

C++ developer with Python as secondary - 3 to 4 yrs exp / should be CW.

Job Requirements: 

• Have an innovative approach, an ability to understand the prospective needs of the market and then develop business opportunities 
• Technical presentation and commercial negotiation skills 
• Business development through engagement with B2B customers developed via relationships with Architects/ Interior designers, high end real-estate developers 
• Ownership of all facets of the sales process including the design detail, product recommendation & selection and sales process for customer opportunities generated through B2B contacts 
• Manage the B2B sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities 
• Handle the sales process from pre-sales to after-sales services by coordinating with internal stakeholders to deliver an exceptional customer experience 
• A detailed understanding of the Ligne Roset brand, and its product categories in order to craft design solutions for the customer 
• An ability to work with a defined timeline to deliver expected results  

Skills & Qualification: 

• A Graduate (BA/B.com/ B.sc) or higher qualification 
• An excellent network in the high-end furniture retail industry with a particular focus on architects, interior designers and real-estate developers 
• Pro-active planner and executor 

• Should have excellent business communication skills, both verbal and written 
• Strong-minded with a robust personality required 
• A background from the High-end home furniture, lighting appliances, sanitaryware or similar products that are used in luxury residential projects. 

Reporting Manager: Business Head 

• Company  Activation Specialist team is accountable for tactical Buying and implementation for a set of clients.
• WM Activation Specialist team to understands clients’ brand identity. Agency’s deliverables and campaign KPI’s.
• Understand the campaign brief received from Agency Specialist lead, and provide benchmarking/ planning rates / final negotiation in line with SOP.
• Coordination with other stakeholders, mainly the WM Planning team for deal closures
• Negotiate with Vendors for your activation plan including campaign value adds, FCT management, campaign execution etc.
• Optimize the activation plan to achieve the objectives/ KPI.
• Close the optimized plan with Activation Specialist lead.
• Track the live campaigns on daily/ weekly basis in terms of spot implementation, campaign performance, mid- evaluations etc.
• Campaign management including performance and corrective measures. Campaign inflight optimization is compulsorily done for every single campaign
• Follow end to end process for Campaign execution and Campaign management.

• Good understanding of UI technologies like PHP JQuery JavaScript HTML 5 CSS Pearl Curl
• Good understanding of backend technologies like Java EE Servlets JSP Tag libraries and JSTL skills combined with a good understanding of Enterprise Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
• Preferred Knowledge in Day CQ foundational concepts including the CRX repository the CQ platform the use of core frameworks such as Apache Sling and Apache Felix a solid understanding of all Day CQ building blocks including templates components dialogs widgets etc and the CQ development and deployment process
• Maintain and build solutions on top of the AEM Scene 7 DAM and SoCo modules
• Create and integrate content-driven applications on top of the CQ core platform and integrate with other systems
