Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field desirable.

• 5 years of Database administrator experience in Microsoft technologies

• Experience with Azure SQL in a multi-region configuration

• Azure certifications (Good to have)

• 2+ Years’ Experience in performing data migrations upgrades/modernizations, performance tuning on IaaS and PaaS Managed Instance and SQL Azure

• Experience with routine maintenance, recovery, and handling failover of a databases

Knowledge about the RDBMS e.g., Microsoft SQL Server or Azure cloud platform.

• Expertise Microsoft SQL Server on VM, Azure SQL Managed Instance, Azure SQL

• Experience in setting up and working with Azure data warehouse.

About Us

Aura is developing a platform to help companies/communities mint, buy, trade and sell NFTs in the easiest manner possible. Developing a state-of-the-art storefront customised to the community and a user-friendly interface to unlock the digital growth of companies in the gaming space by leveraging the power of NFTs. Requirements:

• Create compelling content, visuals, and messaging for campaigns.
• Lay the foundation for a consistent brand voice and tone, content strategy, and roadmap for regular content execution.
• Continually optimise strategy and content, pull analytic reports showing data on engagement, reach, conversion and deliverables, analyse strategy & content performance, communicate it to the key stakeholders and optimise based on the findings.
• Craft and maintain technical write-ups and educational content on platforms like medium (both long and short form) to help bridge any gaps in understanding.
• Develop editorial calendars and ensure deadlines are met
• Create and oversee the development of creative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
• Utilize your expertise in digital marketing to plan, optimize, and manage online advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Twitter, and others.
• Analyze campaign performance, gather insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to identify new opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and influencers.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 4+ years of proven experience in a marketing role with a track record of successful campaigns and team management.
• Strong understanding of both content strategy, creative campaign development and digital distribution channels.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and Twitter Ads.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Creative thinker with the ability to identify and act on new opportunities.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in marketing.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• As one of the earliest employees, there will be a lot on your plate. All the time!
• You'll build new product features from start to finish: through conception, research, maintenance, and polish. Think features to improve our collaborative student learning platform, such as new collaborative learning activities for teaching coding and other subjects.
• You'll build improvements to performance, reliability, and product polish — for example, improving the efficiency and performance of our replicated state systems.
• You'll build and improve processes and internal tools with simplicity and productivity in mind — such as, a tool to sync updates between zoho, slack etc.
