Role Overview:

The Senior Google Ads Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end management and

optimization of paid search campaigns, with a strong focus on leveraging SA360 & Google Ads

for campaign planning, execution, reporting, and automation. The ideal candidate will have

deep expertise in SEM, a proven track record of driving ROI, and hands-on experience with SA360 and Google Ads platforms, paired with the ability to turn reporting into meaningful,

actionable insights and to guide the team accordingly.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads and other search platforms using SA360.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-value audiences.
• Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and implement datadriven optimizations to maximize KPIs.
• Develop and A/B test ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies, leveraging AIpowered creative optimization tools.
• Generate comprehensive reports. Provide meaningful insights: translate performance data into clear narratives that explain what changed, why it matters, and recommended next steps.
• Own end-to-end campaign management, including bid strategy, creative optimization, launches, and ongoing optimization.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in SEM, paid advertising, and AI.
• Guides account optimization thinking and structures approach to performance improvements.
• Helps interpret metrics and shapes insights into stakeholder-ready readouts.
• Coordinates across team members to align inputs, outputs, and timelines.
• Performs QA on builds, optimizations, and reporting to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Skills and Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
• Advanced proficiency in Google Ads and SA360, with a strong track record of managing
• and optimizing PPC campaigns.
• Experience with campaign planning, execution, optimization, and performance reporting.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align team members to priority, manage expectations, handle escalations, and drive consensus.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities to clearly articulate campaign strategies, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders and business partners.
• Analytical skills with expertise in data visualization and translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Job Description:

• Research and write original, well-researched, and informative content for the website and blog.
• Work closely with the marketing team to create content that aligns with the company’s overall marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with the subject matter experts to ensure that all the content is accurate and up-to-date.
• Optimize content for search engines and ensure that it is easily discoverable by users.
• Monitor website analytics to identify areas of improvement and adjust the content strategy accordingly.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in content creation and SEO.

• Good understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions, and standards.
• Ensuring the technical feasibility by communicating and co-ordinating with the UI/UX teams.
• Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Working closely with graphic designers and converting designs to visual elements.
•   Expertise and hands-on experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap.
•   Knowledge of using (Ex: advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as Angular, NodeJS, ReactJS, VueJS, etc.).
•   Developing mobile and desktop responsive web applications.
•   Maintaining code integrity and organization.
•   Assisting in updating the application development policies to ensure that all future applications meet the latest technical requirements.
•   Collaborating with other team members and stakeholders for requirements.

• Ensure all tech projects are delivered on time and are profitable
• Work with Account Managers to understand project requirements
• Analyse, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to the projects
• Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical team while ensuring each person on the team is actively working toward established milestones
• Hold daily technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
• Hold regular retrospectives to identify the positives and negatives of a project, and establish what the tech team can take forward from this
• Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for team members required for specific projects or initiatives
• Establish and implement training processes and strategies for the technical team with support from the L&D team and CTO
• Be part of the recruitment and training of exceptional employees to fulfil posted positions within the tech team
• Update and maintain all production technologies ensuring proper maintenance and installation

Qualifications 

• A bachelor's degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Strong credentials in software development and troubleshooting
• Demonstrated understanding of the software development lifecycle and Project Management processes, strategies and methods
• Experience in mentoring, coaching and developing rising talent in the technology department
• Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
• Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams
• Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting teamwork 
• Experience in applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for project management
• Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
• Professional Project Management Certification is an added advantage
