
Role Overview:
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the CEO to focus on
strategic priorities. You will act as a trusted partner, managing schedules, coordinating high-stakes
communication, and ensuring smooth operations across various teams. This role requires exceptional

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings, ensuring effective time management.
- Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations for the CEO.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documentation as required.
- Take minutes during key meetings and ensure follow-up on action items.
Strategic Coordination
- Collaborate with various teams to gather information and provide the CEO with concise updates on key projects.

Communication
- Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, managing incoming emails, calls, and requests.

Event and Meeting Coordination
- Plan and coordinate executive-level meetings, conferences, and events.
- Assist in organizing CEO participation in industry forums, startup pitch events, and media appearances.
Confidentiality and Discretion
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- Serve as a gatekeeper, ensuring the CEO’s focus remains on high-priority initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a startup or fast-paced
environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
