Roles and Responsibilities
Build database systems of high availability and quality depending on each end user’s specialised role
Design and implement database in accordance to end users information needs and views
Define users and enable data distribution to the right user, in appropriate format and in a timely manner
Use high-speed transaction recovery techniques and backup data
Minimise database downtime and manage parameters to provide fast query responses
Provide proactive and reactive data management support and training to users
Determine, enforce and document database policies, procedures and standards
Perform tests and evaluations regularly to ensure data security, privacy and integrity
Skills
Proven working experience as a Database Administrator
Hands-on experience with database standards and end user applications
Excellent knowledge of data backup, recovery, security, integrity and SQL
Familiarity with database design, documentation and coding
Previous experience with DBA case tools (frontend/backend) and third party tools
Problem solving skills and ability to think algorithmically
Degree in a computer discipline or relevant certification

As the Senior Customer Success Manager, you will lead the onboarding and post-sales efforts in
building and delivering value to our clients. You will be advising, assisting, and guiding the
Company clients about Empuls (Company product) to ensure complete adoption of its features -
thereby enhancing the product usage and business growth. You will be responsible for product
metrics like NPS, churn, MAU, etc
Key responsibilities
1. Involve actively in the complete lifecycle from the pilot, onboarding to the complete
duration of the subscription period.
2. Establish deployment goals and success factors and then develop a plan to carry them out
successfully.
3. Guide, educate, and train the client teams on product adoption.
4. Monitor, document and analyze the progress towards the stated goals and results.
5. Have a data-driven approach in providing solutions for the identified usage gaps.
6. Build value-based relationships with the clients as the single point of contact.
7. Identify right business use cases where Empuls can be applied and work with the client
for getting them implemented ensuring measurable results.
8. Drive opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
9. Negotiating and closing renewals with existing clientele.
10. Communicate and brainstorm with the product team on customer feedback and help
refine the product roadmap.
11. Work with the marketing team to execute customer surveys, case studies, usability tests,
etc.

What are we looking for?
● An enthusiastic individual with 4-8 years of experience in customer success in an HR
tech/ SaaS company.
● Experience managing customers (Small, mid and large) and handoff from Sales to
onboarding to customer success.
● Relevant experience in account management and customer success, preferably for SaaS
products.
● Bachelor’s/Master's degree in any HR, Tech, MBA etc.
● Strong interpersonal skills with excellent listening skills and empathy quotient.
● Excellent written and verbal communication.

Your Responsibilities:
- Own the backend stack – Python based, that powers our product
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Backend Developers(Node.js), Front-end developers, DevOps to design and implement new features
- Build and maintain several Backend Jobs and REST’ful Services which will be used internally in a Macroservices/Distributed services environment.
- Deploy and monitor the Jobs and endpoints ensuring availability and scalability(ability to handle 100X data processing load)
- Work on full project lifecycle starting from requirements gathering/understanding the problem to deploying and maintaining the project.
Skills that you bring Along:
- A minimum 8+ years of extensive work experience with Python and related frameworks – particularly Flask.
- Extensive experience in designing and scheduling backend Python jobs
- Hands on working in different file formats like Json, Parquet, csv etc. coming from Data Science side.
- Extensive experience with databases such as Postgres and Mongo.
- Extensive experience in Cloud Infrastructure (AWS based) – e.g. AWS API Gateway, Lambda Functions etc.
- Experience with cache like Redis and/or Memory cache
- Good experience in Microservices/Macroservices or Event driven Architectures
- Good experience with design patterns
- Experience in writing advanced SQL-queries, good knowledge of PL/SQL
- Good understanding of Software Design Principles and domain-driven design
- Good experience with Continuous Delivery and Containerization(Docker)
- Good experience in designing and maintaining REST’ful API endpoints
- Ideally maintaining infrastructure-as-code using Terraform
- Ideally experience in parallel data processing and building end-to-end Data Pipelines using tools such as Airflow/Prefect and Spark/Dask
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics in a simple manner
