Job Summary:


As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring talented individuals to meet the organization's workforce needs. You will collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their requirements, devise effective recruitment strategies, and execute end-to-end recruitment processes.


Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements, including job descriptions, qualifications, and other relevant details.
  2. Source, screen, and assess candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and internal databases.
  3. Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  5. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  6. Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  8. Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  9. Assist in negotiating and extending job offers to selected candidates.
  10. Support onboarding activities for new hires, including completing pre-employment checks and paperwork.



Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Associate or in a similar recruitment role, preferably within the IT or technology industry.
  3. 1-3 years of relevant experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
  4. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  5. Strong sourcing and networking skills to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple recruitment assignments.
  8. Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  9. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting recruitment targets and deadlines.
  10. Highly organized with attention to detail.
