ABOUT THE ROLE

The Chief of Staff is a critical member of the leadership team, serving as a key confidante and right-hand to the CEO. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented individual with exceptional communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. The Chief of Staff will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, ensuring smooth execution of strategic initiatives, and supporting the CEO in achieving company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution:

• Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
• Monitor progress towards strategic goals and identify areas for improvement.

Operational Excellence:

• Oversee and streamline internal operations, ensuring efficient and effective workflows across all departments.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress towards operational goals.

Project Management:

• Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Act like an internal project manager to solve problems, remove blockers in cross-functional projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges.
• Track project progress and report on key milestones to the CEO.

Executive Support:

• Monitoring Business Performance: Scrutinize and assess the company's performance, encompassing pivotal performance indicators and financial metrics.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to apprise the CEO about the organization's advancement. 
• Conduct research and gather information as needed to support the CEO's decision-making.

Team Coordination & Communication:

• Drive strong cross-functional collaboration and communication within the organization.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops, ensuring effective and productive discussions.
• Communicate key decisions and updates to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably in the technology or FinTech industry.
• Proven experience as a Chief of Staff or in a similar high-impact role supporting senior leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) 1 and project management tools.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement machine learning models: Utilize your expertise in machine learning and artificial intelligence to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge models, with a particular emphasis on Large Language Models (LLMs). Requirements:

2. Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of professional experience as a Machine Learning / AI Engineer, with a proven track record of developing and deploying machine learning models in real-world applications.

3. Strong programming skills: Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, pandas). Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for model deployment is preferred.

4. Deep-learning expertise: Strong understanding of deep learning architectures (e.g., convolutional neural networks, recurrent neural networks, transformers) and familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT-3, GPT-4, or equivalent.

We are on the hunt for a talented and experienced Director of Sales and Business Development to set up and lead our sales department in India. This is a global role. We need a self-motivated professional with proven SaaS sales experience and an outstanding track record. In this position, you will be responsible for meeting our annual sales targets within assigned global regions.

Your duties will include designing strategic SaaS sales plans, building partner networks globally, tweaking business models if required and assessing costs and competition. In addition to being an excellent communicator, our ideal candidate will also demonstrate exceptional negotiation and hunting skills.

Project Management

• Develop the integrated project plans to determine time frame, procedures for accomplishing projects
• Assess consolidated project plans for dependencies, gaps and continued business value
• Plan and manage project closure and/or transitions
• Work with stakeholders to establish and gain consensus on project goals, objectives and deliverables
• Conduct project reviews to recommend changes to project schedules or resource requirements
• Document and track project scope, changes, issues and risks that affect implementation
• Facilitate the daily stand-up to achieve team consensus
• Eliminate conflicts and assist in developing solutions to manage roadblocks
• Plan and manage testing cycle with customer

Customer Success

• 3-5 years experienced engineer in design; pre / post implementation tracking / successful execution on the following categories:
• Building management systems
• Security systems / cameras; sensors; beacons
• IOT implantation within campuses / buildings
• IT security systems – understanding of the way they work / get implemented
• Comfortable with client interactions and working with client’s vendors / partners

Other Areas:

• Participates periodically in client meetings or business development presentations as part of a Team to help demonstrate our capabilities. Assists with the development of marketing materials and support

Information/data. Maintains a working knowledge of business unit’s available product and service offerings.

Requirements:

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, information systems, technology, engineering are preferred.

• At least 4 years of experience in IT Project Management role and 6 years total professional experience
• Strong communication skills, well-versed in English (spoken and written) to facilitate cross border
