Job Summary:  

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Odoo Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in customizing, developing, and maintaining Odoo modules, with a deep understanding of Python and business processes. You will play a key role in requirement gathering, technical design, development, testing, and deployment.  

Key Responsibilities:  

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules as per business requirements.  
• Analyze, design, and develop new modules and features in Odoo ERP.  
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing Odoo modules.  
• Integrate Odoo with third-party platforms using APIs/web services.  
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.  
• Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable ERP solutions.  
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient Python code and maintain technical documentation.  

Required Skills & Qualifications:  

• 2-5 years of proven experience as an Odoo Developer.  
• Strong knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo framework (ORM, QWeb, XML).  
• Experience in Odoo custom module development and Odoo standard modules   
• Good understanding of Odoo backend and frontend (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).  
• Experience with Odoo APIs and web services (REST/SOAP).  
• Familiarity with Linux environments, Git version control.  
• Ability to work independently and in a team with minimal supervision.  
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of Odoo deployment (Linux, Docker, Nginx, Odoo.sh) is a plus

Desired Candidate Profile and skill set:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant software development experience.
• Good Knowledge of E-commerce websites and WordPress
• Experience in ReactJs and Redux, React-Native would be a plus

• 2 to 5 years of experience (or equivalent understanding of software engineering)
• Familiar with one backend language (Node, Go, Java, Python)
• Familiar with Javascript/Typescript and a UI framework
• Willingness and interest in learning new tech/processes (Airflow, AWS, IaaS, etc.)

Job Requirements

• Experience in ReactJS and its main fundamentals like JSX, Virtual DOM, component lifecycle, etc.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, object model, DOM manipulation and event handlers, data structures, algorithms, JSX, and Babel.
• Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, ES6.
• Knowledge of Unit testing frameworks..
