The Role Web Platform is the primary way for users to access LeadSquared. It is built using HTML 5/JavaScript, bootstrap, ASP.NET MVC/C# connecting to WCF/REST API, with MySQL/Redis/Elasticsearch on the backend and fully deployed on AWS. We are looking for software engineers who are passionate about writing clean code, are strong on ASP.NET MVC and .NET framework in general, and have a clear understanding of building scalable web applications using .NET The role involves understanding business requirements and designing an appropriate solution that is secure, scalable, high performing and testable. It is a hands-on role involving building software and taking ownership of delivery. Requirements: • Passion for building and delivering great software with a strong sense of ownership. • Minimum of three years-experience in building web applications using ASP.NET MVC and .NET platform in general. • Should have strong UI development skills using HTML, CSS/JavaScript frameworks. • Good understanding of IIS configuration • Strong experience with Build and Release, Agile processes and Estimation/Planning • Exposure to New Relic or similar tools to optimize web application performance • Strong expertise in SQL programming, with experience of writing & optimizing queries that access/process millions of records

Experience in .Net programming and Azure
Experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud Services, Azure Storage, Azure Development and Configuration, Azure Active Directory (AD), Cosmos DB / Document DB, .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, MVC
Experience in implementing the Azure services to web apps.
Good knowledge and experience in Microsoft Azure, Cloud Services, Azure Storage, Azure performance optimization
Good experience in developing, configuring, deploying applications using Microsoft Azure
Experience in building services hosted in Microsoft Azure Cloud Services
Good experience in design and development of .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, and SQL Server-based web applications
Experience on Containerization, micro service development on Azure is preferred.
Experience in designing web application, REST APIs and database schema
Design & Development Skills .Net, MVC, Angular, Web Services, Web APIs & Power shell scripting
Good understanding of distributed & multi-tenant systems.
Should be able to migrate and integrate cloud services.
In-depth knowledge of design issues and best practices.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervise teams scrum team

• Mentors Software Engineers on best practices within their technical guild
• Manages overall code quality of Software Engineers on assigned guild(s)
• Ensures Software Engineers on assigned guilds are meeting performance and quality standards
• Provides timely feedback regarding addressing bugs, code quality, and performance issues
• Collaborates with the other Software Managers and the Director of Software Engineering to
create and evaluate department-wide process improvements and initiatives
• Identifies and provides direction to support team members to modify behavior that could be
adversely impacting group effectiveness and productivity
• Proactively facilitates schedules, procures, and technical training for teams and individuals
• Facilitates positive change in direct reports, department culture, and product development
values
• Encourages and supports others to take on responsibility, authority, and accountability
• Responsible for new hire training and smooth transition into teams
• Schedules and attends one-on-ones with direct reports, with regularity determined by the
expressed needs of direct reports
• Schedules, leads, and prepares content for regular performance discussions for direct reports

REQUIRED SKILLS:
