Job Overview :

We're looking for a Creative Presentation Designer with a strong eye for design, storytelling, and brand consistency.

The ideal candidate should bring experience working on corporate presentations, brochures, emailers, and other marketing/design assets. This role requires proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design engaging and brand-compliant presentations, brochures, and emailers.
• Create infographics, data visualizations, and other digital/print assets.
• Collaborate with global teams to understand briefs and deliver high-quality visuals.
• Support UI/UX needs including wireframes, mockups, and layouts.
• Manage multiple design tasks while meeting tight deadlines.
• Ensure all designs align with corporate brand standards and messaging.

Required Skills :

• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD).
• Experience designing presentations, brochures, emailers, and marketing material.
• Good understanding of graphic design principles, UI/UX basics, and visual storytelling.
• Familiarity with Keynote, Google Slides, SharePoint, MS Teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python frameworks such as FastAPI or Django.
• Implement RAG-based features and services, including document ingestion pipelines, vector indexing, and retrieval logic using modern LLM tooling.
• Build robust data ingestion, scraping, and automation workflows (web scraping, headless browsers, APIs) to integrate with third-party systems and internal tools.
• Develop and operate ETL/ELT pipelines to move, clean, and transform data across databases, file stores, and external platforms.
• Own reliability, performance, and observability of services: logging, metrics, alerting, and debugging in production.
• Collaborate closely with product and business stakeholders to translate ambiguous workflows into clear technical designs and automation logic.
• Write clean, testable code with solid unit/integration coverage, and contribute to internal libraries, tooling, and best practices documentation.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and mentor junior engineers on Python, RAG patterns, and automation best practices.

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience as a Python engineer building production systems (FastAPI, Django, or similar).
• Strong understanding of backend fundamentals: REST APIs, authentication/authorisation, async patterns, background jobs, and task queues.
• Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, SQS, RabbitMQ) and workflow engines (e.g., Temporal, Airflow, Prefect).
• Practical experience with at least one LLM/RAG stack (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, custom vector store integrations) and working with embeddings, chunking, and retrieval.
• Solid experience with web scraping and automation: requests/HTTP clients, Selenium/Playwright or similar, rate-limiting, anti-bot handling, and resilient scraping patterns.
• Experience building data pipelines or ETLs: extracting from APIs/files/DBs, transforming/cleaning, and loading into relational or NoSQL stores.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms (e.g., Lambda, S3, API Gateway, ECS/Fargate, or equivalent).
• Strong debugging skills and comfort with distributed, asynchronous systems and eventual consistency.
• Ability to take loosely defined business workflows and design clean, maintainable technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills and a habit of documenting decisions, APIs, and workflows.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, OpenSearch vector, etc.) and search tuning.
• Exposure to building internal tools or low-code-like automation platforms for operations or support teams.
• Prior experience integrating with ERP/CRM/marketplace or other enterprise/legacy systems.
• Understanding of cloud security, IAM, and secret management best practices.

- 3+ years of professional software development experience

- You will be working with the Supply Chain Management team building a leading eCommerce platform for Asian markets

- Order Promising system, promising the order delivery promise date to customer by applying the constraints on current resource availability across different steps in the supply chain. This system needs to scale for thousands of requests per minute with few million seconds of response time

- Warehouse and Inventory Management system, this system needs to scale to processing huge number of orders across different warehouse.

- Transportation and Logistics Management, involves planning and delivery of huge number orders to end customer. This system has the workflows to manage first mile, line haul and last mile delivery to customer

- Inventory Planning, helps in tracking different selling behaviours of the items and triggers / helps planners to replenish, promote, markdown or place inventory at right place to cut down the on hand inventory requirements

- You will be actively involved during the entire technology development lifecycle. Responsibilities will include all aspects from design, coding review, coding, unit testing, end user feedback cycle changes and manging and scaling the system in production.

- Primary role in leading software development teams

- The customized solutions that you will be architecting and developing will also require knowledge and experience with spring / Hibernate, SOAP / REST, microservices and SQL.
