Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify potential B2B leads through outbound calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
• Manage and nurture sales pipelines using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zoho CRM.
• Conduct discovery calls and set up product demos with decision-makers.
• Research industry trends and identify new sales opportunities in the SaaS and IT sector.
• Collaborate with the business development and marketing teams to optimize sales strategies.
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good to have experience in Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation (Freshers can also apply).
• Strong knowledge of B2B sales, SaaS industry, or IT sales.
• Good to have proficiency in email marketing and LinkedIn outreach.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho is a plus.

Vue.JS Developer

1.   Should have worked in Agile methodology

2.   Should have at least 5+ years of experience

3.   Should have expertise in creating reusable components and coupling including routings

4.   Should have good knowledge of data visualization in Reports/Charts

Requirement :

• 8+ years of experience in Software Development, design, implementation web applications (i.e. having an architectural sense)
• Hands-on analysis, design, and implementation of microservices based applications, .Net Core, Angular, React, Web API, Entity Framework, JavaScript, SQL Server.
• Must have exposure in website development using Angular/React
• Knowledge on Docker, Kubernet

Responsibilities :

• Analysis, design, and implementation of microservices based applications using Microsoft and cloud technology stack.
• Understand the benefits of the various tech-stacks and accurately suggest the use of the appropriate technology for the applications.
• Develop future-ready solutions/PoCs and train the developers.

• To develop original content ideas, collaborate with many departments.
• Continually generating new concepts and working with the team to develop fresh plans of action.
• Work together with other departments to provide a fresh concept for content
• Be prepared to respond to any queries posed by their readers.
• Develop material in accordance with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) criteria and SEO tactics to increase website traffic.
• For the website, conduct research and write interesting, educational SEO content that includes the product, fresh snippets, photographs, videos, short- and long-form essays, etc.

Qualifications:

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Knowledge of effective content tactics for SEO.
• An advantage is knowing digital marketing strategies including SEO, email marketing, and social media.
• Must be capable of carrying out content marketing activities like blogging to promote clients.
• Recognize the industry, and then create content that will help the company fulfill the requirements.
• Define and structure the content development process.

Job Description: You will begin in an individual contributor’s role, working in ateam of go-getters to help spread the Byju’s way of Learning in your city. You would be showcasing the unique Byju’s way of Learning to students and parents and will be responsible for mentoring and sales in your designated zone.

Academic Qualification: Any Graduation/ Post Graduation (Completed in or before 2020)

Training: All selected candidates will be part of a two-month training process under the Business Development Trainee profile at a monthly stipend of Rs 25,000. Upon successful completion of training candidates will be promoted to the role of Business Development Associates (BDA)

The first 2 weeks of this training will be classroom training followed by 6 weeks of "On- the-Job Training", both at the BDT Training Location. There will be additional performance incentives which will be applicable during the training period. Currently till our offices re-open, the training will happen in the Work from Home mode. Once our offices are open, the training will shift to the BDT Training Location.

Upon successful completion of training based on clearing the company's expected parameters, they will be confirmed as BDA - Direct Sales (at 10 LPA) or BDA - Inside Sales (at 8 LPA). Also, only after confirmation to the BDA role, they will start work at their 'Role Location'.

CTC (BDT): INR 300000 PA fixed pay+ INR 200000 PA performance pay
CTC (BDA): INR 1000000 (7 lakh fixed pay + 3 lakh performance pay) (After Successful

completion of training)

Note for candidates confirmed as BDA-Direct Sales: In the unlikely scenario where the Direct Sales Model does not resume in their role location at the end of the Training Program. They will relocate to their role location as BDA-Direct Sales (at 10 LPA) as soon as the Direct Sales model begins at their role location.
