Mandatory Skill(s)
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Technology or related disciplines;
- 3-5 years of experience providing support to business systems and applications in banking or financial service sectors;
- Possesses good knowledge on Site Reliability Engineering best practices and experience adhering to Site Reliability Engineering guidelines in the work;
- Able to troubleshoot and provide solutions for technical issues and routes to appropriate escalation groups;
- Good analytical skills with excellent communication;
- Good in understanding internal processes and resolving issues;
- Should have keen interest in providing high service quality and familiar with the demand of a 24×7 support environment.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Prior experience in the banking industry;
- Experience in application implementation projects in financial institutions would be a great advantage.
Responsibilities
- Perform work in rotational shifts to provide 24/7 on-site or on-call support;
- Responsible for health-check, continuous L1 and L2 support and rectification for mission critical Web-based applications;
- Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the application systems in operation;
- Handle Incident and Problem management;
- Work closely with key stakeholders, including management, development teams, end users, and unit leaders and communicate application problems and issues;
- Provide root cause analysis techniques to determine cause and resolve complex system issues or escalate to application managers and the management team;
- Involve with onsite and offshore teams across multiple technologies/applications;
- Lead formal and informal Post Event Problem Reviews;
- Actively involved in Continuous improvement of the system such as removal of TOIL, job automation, performance, tuning;
- Proactive management of production services by measuring and monitoring availability, latency, throughput, user journeys and overall system health.

The Sr. Generative AI Engineer will architect, design and develop new and existing GenAI solutions for the organization. As a Generative AI Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing products using cutting-edge generative AI and RAG to solve complex problems and drive innovation across our organization. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions that enhance our products and services in Cargill. You will bring order to ambiguous scenarios and apply in depth and broad knowledge of architectural, engineering and security practices to ensure your solutions are scalable, resilient and robust and will share knowledge on modern practices and technologies to the shared engineering community.
Key Accountabilities:
• Apply software and AI engineering patterns and principles to design, develop, test, integrate, maintain and troubleshoot complex and varied Generative AI software solutions and incorporate security practices in newly developed and maintained applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI project requirements and objectives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Conduct research to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning techniques and identify opportunities to integrate them into our products and services, optimizing existing generative AI models and RAG for improved performance, scalability, and efficiency, developing and maintaining pipelines and RAG solutions including data preprocessing, prompt engineering, benchmarking and fine-tuning.

QA Engineer - Automation:
We are looking for a candidate who will be an agent of change and who will drive and execute based on our Quality and Reliability Transformation Roadmap. He/She will be responsible for testing Education Service domains across platforms, automation of functional/regression and RFB (sanity) service test suites, Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipeline and Shift Left methodologies. We will also expect the candidate to take ownership of a functional domain and play a hands-on role in the execution of testing for projects in this area.
The candidate should have extensive experience in testing, testing automation, testing leadership and software development. The candidate should be proficient in-service automation testing tools like Eclipse, IDNE, Jenkins, GIT hub. - Must have hands-on experience with Selenium automation using Java
