Pendo is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead teams building core product capabilities across Analytics, Guides, and Platform services. These are the systems that power how hundreds of millions of end users experience the software.

What You'll Do

Team Leadership & Hiring

• Create an environment where engineers are encouraged to take risks, experiment, and challenge the status quo.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers through clear expectations, coaching, and timely feedback.
• Own hiring end-to-end, partnering with recruiting to attract and close top engineering talent.

Delivery & Execution

• Maintain a high bar for velocity, predictability, and quality.

Technical Leadership

• Guide technical direction in partnership with senior engineers and tech leads.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 3+ years of experience managing and growing engineering teams.
• Proven track record of hiring and building high-performing teams.
• Experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives in a product-driven environment.
• Strong technical foundation in backend, distributed systems, or full-stack development.
• Proven ability to lead teams through ambiguity and change while maintaining execution.

• Relationship management focusing on acquiring and nurturing mid-sized & large Corporates.

• Own the overall sales strategy on lead management, team & targets for your region focusing profitability and market share.

• Strong network across C-level executives of large & mid-sized corporates. • Build the overall sales playbook, training and recruit a sales team to grow quickly across the region.

• Design value proposition/ client acquisition pitches and knack of closing deals efficiently 

• Update and educate oneself continuously on happenings in marketplace, local environment, opportunities etc. which have direct bearing on local operations. • Ensure all necessary knowledge enhancement efforts (including certifications wherever applicable). 

• Good networking with the Insurance Companies / TPAs & other key stake holder relevant to insurance broking arena.

Requirements

Qualification: MBA (Finance / Marketing) or equivalent degree from Tier I & II campus.

Experience: 6 to 10 years of exp in General Insurance Broking / Sales mainly into relationship management.

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Application Security Engineer to join our dynamic security team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of mobile security for both Android and iOS platforms, with hands-on experience in identifying and mitigating security vulnerabilities. This role involves ensuring the security of mobile applications through rigorous testing, threat modeling, and implementation of security best practices.

What are we looking for

• 2-5 years of experience in mobile application security for Android and iOS platforms.
• Proven expertise in vulnerability assessment, penetration testing (VAPT), and security analysis of mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of Android and iOS security architectures.
• Proficiency in security tools such as Frida, Burp Suite, OWASP Mobile Security Testing Guide (MSTG), etc.

Security Architecture and Design:

• Collaborate with development and product teams to design secure mobile applications.

• Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments to identify potential security threats.

Security Tools and Automation:

• Develop and maintain custom scripts and tools to automate security testing.
• Stay updated with the latest security tools, technologies, and trends in mobile security.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Create detailed security assessment reports and documentation.
• Provide recommendations for security improvements and risk mitigation.
• Document security policies, procedures, and guidelines for mobile application security.
