Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end export logistics operations. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and efficient movement of shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update and negotiate daily freight rates, arrange quotations, and book vessels & containers
• Track shipments from origin to destination, including container lift-on/lift-out and stuffing
• Monitor export documentation and coordinate with CHAs, forwarders, vendors, and third-party agencies
• Verify freight & transportation invoices and coordinate with Accounts
• Report and track additional local charges
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Develop and update SOPs; handle troubleshooting and ad-hoc logistics tasks
• Conduct periodic vendor and operational visits to ensure smooth workflow

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong in Video Editor (Digital Content / Social Media / Lifestyle Brands)

Mandatory (Experience 1):Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience in video editing, working on digital content for social media or digital platforms (reels, posts, ads, event clips, product/lifestyle content).

Mandatory (Experience 2):Must have strong practical skills in Premiere Pro and/or After Effects, capable of turning raw footage into clean, engaging, and brand-consistent videos.

Mandatory (Experience 3):Experience in editing both short-form and long-form content, with attention to flow, timing, clarity, and storytelling across various digital formats

Mandatory (Skill 1):Strong understanding of pacing, sequencing, and narrative construction in videos, with ability to rework and refine edits based on feedback.

Mandatory (Skill 2):Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and consistently deliver high-quality videos in a fast-paced daily content environment.

Mandatory (Portfolio):Must showcase 2-3 video projects or content pieces demonstrating strong storytelling, technical editing skills, and adaptability to different formats/platforms.

A VMC Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines to manufacture precision components as per engineering drawings and production requirements. The role involves setting up workpieces, loading CNC programs, selecting cutting tools, and setting machine parameters to achieve accurate machining results.

The operator reads and interprets technical drawings, performs in-process and final inspections using measuring instruments, and ensures components meet quality standards and tolerances. Responsibilities also include basic CNC programming edits, tool offset setting, machine troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

VMC Operators work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to meet production targets while adhering to safety procedures and quality standards.

Key Skills: VMC operation, CNC programming basics, blueprint reading, precision measurement.

Qualifications: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related trade; experience in CNC machining preferred.

Ideal Candidate

10+ years of experience in software/data engineering, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.

Expertise in backend development with programming languages such as Java, PHP, Python, Node.JS, GoLang, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Scala for data processing and analytics.

Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and their data services.

Strong foundation and expertise in HLD and LLD, as well as design patterns, preferably using Spring Boot or Google Guice

Experience in big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, and distributed computing frameworks.

Hands-on experience with data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery

Deep knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance (GDPR, SOC2, etc.).

Experience in NoSQL databases like Redis, Cassandra, MongoDB, and TiDB.

Familiarity with automation and DevOps tools like Jenkins, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, Chef, Grafana, and ELK.

• Lead and design solutions for complex testing problems by driving the requirements discussions with existing customers

• Experience as a Solution Architect or senior SME leading the development of solutions for testing complex systems, ensuring consistency with specified requirements agreed with both external and internal customers.
• Awareness of testing approaches, practices, techniques and methodologies to help design the overall testing solution
• Ability to have conversation with client (key stakeholders or key technologist at client). Ability to drive the discussion and arrive at conclusion
• The ability to see the big picture and manage multiple threads at the same time
• Well-versed in continuous integration, continuous delivery and continuous testing
• Understand and plan for commercial aspects and impact on winnability and deliverability of the solution
• In depth knowledge of one or more technical specializations including - quality engineering, release management, test environment management, test automation, test data management, testing approaches and test execution, performance engineering, development operations.
• Experience with all SDLC (Agile, Scaled Agile, DevOps) and engagement models
