We're hiring a Chief Agentic Quality Architect to lead the transition from traditional scripted testing to an AI-augmented quality ecosystem. In this role, you'll audit and rebuild our quality engineering foundations, deploy agentic automation across critical business flows, and build the guardrails needed to keep AI-generated code production-ready.

Key Skills

• 10+ years in QA automation engineering, SDET, or test architecture roles
• Expert-level proficiency in Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium
• Hands-on experience using LLMs (Claude, GPT-4, etc.) and agentic frameworks to generate code or automate workflows
• Deep understanding of integrating quality gates into AWS-based CI/CD pipelines or similar environments
• Architectural mindset, with the ability to design "Behavioral Snapshots" to safeguard critical business logic during rapid transformation

Responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive audit of the existing test estate across unit, integration, API, UI, sanity, and regression layers, producing a Current State & Gap Coverage Report
• Architect and own a phased quality engineering roadmap across two-week, one-month, and three-month delivery horizons
• Deploy agentic test generation — transforming business requirements into executable Playwright/Cypress scripts, generating synthetic test data, and implementing self-healing automation
• Design regression strategies and quality gates specifically tuned to catch hallucinations and logic errors in AI-generated code
• Build, mentor, and upskill a specialist QA team fluent in AI-assisted testing and agentic automation frameworks

Job Description – Technical Lead (Java Spring Boot + Angular) – Capital Markets / Financial Services Project

Location: Whitefield, Bangalore (Work from Client Office)

Experience: 8–14 Years

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java Spring Boot and Angular to lead the development of enterprise-grade applications for a large-scale Banking/Financial Services project. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical leadership with strong architecture, design, and stakeholder management capabilities while driving the delivery of high-performance, secure, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 8–10 developers across front-end and back-end technologies.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Angular.
• Drive technical solutioning, architecture discussions, and application modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and development best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, design reviews, sprint planning, and technical grooming sessions.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and resiliency.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root-cause analysis.
• Support CI/CD implementation and DevOps best practices.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong experience in Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs.
• Hands-on expertise in Angular 8+, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience with Hibernate/JPA and relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Good understanding of distributed systems, API design, and secure application development.
• Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
• Knowledge of messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ is advantageous.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Domain Experience (Preferred)

• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Credit Cards, Lending, Payments, Risk, Fraud, Customer Servicing, or Digital Banking platforms.
• Understanding of secure, high-volume transaction processing systems and regulatory/compliance-driven environments.

NOTE: One client round has to be taken F2F from Bangalore Office.

Full Stack Development:

● Develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions across front-end and back-end stacks.

● Implement responsive and dynamic web applications using JavaScript, Angular, or React. 

● Ensure backend services and APIs are well-structured and optimized for performance. 

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: 

● Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to define technical requirements. 

● Participate in code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers. 

Technical Expertise:

● Implement and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance applications. 

● Ensure applications meet non-functional requirements such as security, reliability, and performance.

 Agile Execution & Continuous Improvement: 

● Contribute to Agile development practices, including iterative releases and continuous integration. 

● Identify opportunities for technical improvements and optimize existing features  

 Required Skills and Qualifications 

● Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 

● 6+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development. 

● Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Angular, React, and RESTful APIs. 

● Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools for continuous deployment.

 ● Knowledge of containerization and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. 

● Proficiency in databases such as MongoDB, SQL, and NoSQL. 

● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. 

● Experience with Agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.  

Required a full stack Senior SDE with focus on Backend microservices/ modular monolith with 3-4+ years of experience on the following:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry technical skills
• Mandatory In-depth knowledge and strong experience in Python programming language.
• Expertise and significant work experience in Python with Fastapi and Async frameworks. 
• Prior experience building Microservice and/or modular monolith.
• Should be an expert Object Oriented Programming and Design Patterns.
• Has knowledge and experience with SQLAlchemy/ORM, Celery, Flower, etc.
• Has knowledge and experience with Kafka / RabbitMQ, Redis.
• Experience in Postgres/ Cockroachdb.
• Experience in MongoDB/DynamoDB and/or Cassandra are added advantages.
• Strong experience in either AWS services (e.g, EC2, ECS, Lambda, StepFunction, S3, SQS, Cognito). and/or equivalent Azure services preferred.
• Experience working with Docker required.
• Experience in socket.io added advantage
• Experience with CI/CD e.g. git actions preferred. 
• Experience in version control tools Git etc.
