Field Sales Executive – Business Development & Client Management

Your main responsibility will be the development and growth of the business. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential clients, conducting field visits, pitching products and services, generating new leads, and converting those leads into successful business opportunities.

You will be required to meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, present suitable products/services, negotiate terms, and close deals to generate revenue for the company. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and ensuring their continued satisfaction and business engagement.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Identifying and generating new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and other sales activities.

Visiting potential and existing clients to pitch and demonstrate the company’s products and services.

Converting leads into customers and achieving assigned sales and revenue targets.

Negotiating with clients and ensuring successful closure of deals.

Maintaining regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.

Managing and strengthening relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely execution of client requirements and orders.

Keeping clients updated throughout the sales and execution process to ensure hassle-free operations.

Updating and maintaining accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, sales activities, and deal status.

Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new sales opportunities.

Providing regular reports and updates to management regarding field visits, leads, conversions, sales performance, and client feedback.

Ensuring that all sales and client-related activities are carried out efficiently and in accordance with company processes.
