Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Frontend engineer with ReactJS development experience to join our team.

We will share our workload as a team and we expect you to work on a broad range of tasks.

 

Here’s are some of the things you might have to do on any given day:

 

Implement responsive and performant UIs with user centered approach with frontend technologies including ReactJS, Javascript(ES 6), Typescript, SCSS, etc

Write meaningful test cases for frontend &amp

Integrate our products with 3rd party products/tools/services

Develop Infrastructure for delivering services using a performance driven approach, build databases, schedule automated jobs, etc

Ideal Background / Experience

At least 3 yrs of diverse experience in web development for product or services oriented environment with exposure to working production deployments

Expertise in programming using Python/ReactJS or similar scripting languages

In-depth exposure to technologies used in web-based SaaS products, including REST APIs

Sound understanding of Postgres and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB

Nice to have exposure to any of

AWS

Azure

ELK

Object Relational Models (SQLAlchemy, etc)

Google APIs

Microservices Architecture Pattern

NodeJS / ExpressJS

Must Have: ReactJS, Javascript, HTML5, CSS3, Databases (SQL & NoSQL)

Work From Home

Package: upto 10L

 

Mandatory skills:

 

.Netcore3.x,microservice and AWS or Azure.

 

Exp : 5-12 years

 

Budget : Max 30 LPA.

Requirements and Qualifications :
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
- 3-5 years of experience with Ruby and the Rails framework
- 3-5 years of experience with Git and Github
- 3-5 years of experience with SQL backends, preferably MongoDB, PostGre SQL
- Familiarity with testing tools such as Rspec
- Knowledge of Docker and docker-based deployment

- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills

 

Desired Candidate Profile

What you need to have:

• Strong experience of 3-7 years in a product-based organization (Consumer Electronics will be a plus)
• Mandatory - BE/B.Tech(EEE,ECE, EIT only). MBA will be a value addition
• Extensive Knowledge about Sensors, IOT, and Electronics Concept for NPI
• Comfort with understanding technical aspects of a product development process and communicating with engineering teams on trade-offs vs. implications
• Ability to ruthlessly drive and achieving business goals
• Exceptionally good at understanding business needs and brand vision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and good at interacting with senior-level professionals
• Excellent presentation (PowerPoint and other presentation tools) skills
• Very good negotiation and query handling skills
• Ability to keep calm and perform in a high-pressure business environment    

Design and develop scalable IONIC applications using open source technologies
 Develop a hybrid application with IONIC, cordova
3) Experience in  HTML5, CSS, JQuery and Javascript
4) Experience in hosting application on Appstore
5) Work as part of an agile team on leading edge technologies
6) PHP & Apache stack with JavaScript, JQuery
7) Responsive Web design with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap
8) Social media APIs and third party widgets integration

We need 3+ years of exp in IOS with BLE(Bluetooth Low Energy experience.

• Designing and building mobile applications for Apple’s iOS platform.
• Collaborating with the design team to define app features.
• Ensuring quality and performance of the application to specifications.
• Identifying potential problems and resolving application bottlenecks.
• Fixing application bugs before the final release.
• Publishing application on App Store.
• Maintaining the code and atomization of the application.
• Designing and implementing application updates.

Responsibilities:

• Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques

• Developing fair HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply with them

• Manage employee relations, employee engagement, appraisals, PF, ESI, etc.

• Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues

• Manage employees’ grievances
• Create and run referral bonus programs
• Oversee daily operations of the HR department

Requirements:

• Must have at least 2+ years experience in Human Resource in manufacturing/industrial company. 
• Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role
• Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting
• Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves, and insurance)
• Demonstrable leadership abilities
• Solid communication skills
• BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field

 

Requirements:-

• Must have good understanding of  Python and Shell scripting with industry standard coding conventions
• Must possess good coding debugging skills
• Experience in Design & Development of test framework
• Experience in Automation testing
• Good to have experience in Jenkins framework tool
• Good to have exposure to Continuous Integration process
• Experience in Linux and Windows OS
• Desirable to have Build  & Release  Process knowledge
• Experience in  Automating Manual test cases
• Experienced in automating OS / FW related tasks
• Understanding of BIOS / FW QA  is a strong plus
• OpenCV experience is a plus
• Good to have platform exposure
• Must have good Communication skills
• Good Leadership capabilities & collaboration capabilities, as individual will have to work with multiple teams and single handedly maintain the automation framework and enable the Manual validation team
