Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager -Sales – ITS to lead our national sales strategy and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in selling Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), Smart City solutions, traffic management technologies, and transportation consulting services. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business development and sales plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and business growth targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Government, Smart City, Highways, Metro Rail, Airports, Urban Local Bodies (ULBs), and Private Infrastructure sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, EPC contractors, system integrators, and other key stakeholders.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, proposal preparation, client presentations, negotiations, contract closure, and project handover.
• Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to prepare competitive technical and commercial proposals and deliver customized Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) solutions.
• Expand the company's business presence by developing new markets, regions, and strategic customer accounts across India.
• Generate, monitor, and manage a healthy sales pipeline to consistently achieve annual sales and revenue targets.
• Prepare sales forecasts, business development reports, MIS reports, and periodic performance updates for management.
• Maintain long-term customer relationships, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and generate repeat business opportunities.
• Represent the company at client meetings, industry conferences, exhibitions, seminars, and networking events to enhance business visibility.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, government policies, and industry developments to identify emerging business opportunities.
• Drive business opportunities in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), Traffic Management, Smart Mobility, AI-based Traffic Analytics, Road Safety, Digital Infrastructure, and other transportation technology projects.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, IT, or related field).
• MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management is preferred.

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Sales and Business Development.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), Smart Mobility, Traffic Engineering, Transportation Technology, Smart City, or Infrastructure sectors.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
• Experience working with Government departments, NHAI, MoRTH, State Highways, Smart City Missions, Metro Rail, Airports, Municipal Corporations, and Infrastructure Consultants is highly preferred.

We are looking for an experienced L3 Tanium Engineer to manage, support, and optimize the Tanium platform, ensuring system stability, security, and high performance across the enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain, and optimize the Tanium platform.
• Provide L3 support and resolve complex Tanium-related technical issues.
• Troubleshoot platform, endpoint, and deployment issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with technology teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor and maintain system stability, security, and performance using Tanium tools.
• Analyze platform health and implement improvements for enhanced functionality.
• Support Tanium upgrades, patches, and new feature deployments.
• Ensure adherence to security and operational best practices.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Tanium administration and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of endpoint management, security, and system monitoring.

We are looking for a Front-End Web Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. You will work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.

• Develop new user-facing features
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
• Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
• Experience of theme design on the WordPress CMS is mandatory.

• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
• Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
• Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery

Note: Every front-end developer is expected to have a proficient knowledge of JavaScript, while most front-end developers should know jQuery.

• Good understanding of (Depending on the specific case, a developer should have the knowledge of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as AngularJS, KnockoutJS, BackboneJS, ReactJS, DurandalJS etc.)
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
• Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image. Familiarity with tools such as as Gimp or Photoshop is a plus.

Note: A UI/UX designer is expected to deliver finished resources for the developer to incorporate into the app. However, quite often a front-end web developer needs to make some small adjustments.

• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as (Git / Mercurial / SVN)
• Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Driving the success of the software engineering team at Datamotive.

• Driving go-nogo decisions of product releases to customers.

• Drive QE team for developing test scenarios & product automation.

• Collaborating with senior and peer engineers to identify and improve upon feature improvements.

• Build a strong customer focussed mindset for qualifying product features and use cases.

• Develop, Build & Perform functional, scale and performance testing.

• Assist in Identifying, Researching & Designing newer features and cloud platform support in areas of disaster recovery, data protection, workload migration etc.

• Conduct pilot tests to assess the functionality of newly developed programs.

• Front-facing customers for product introduction, knowledge transfer, solutions, bug triaging etc.

• Assist customers by giving product demos, conducting POCs, training etc.

• Manage Datamotive infrastructure, bringing innovative automation for optimizing infrastructure usage through monitoring and scripting. 

• Design test environments to simulate customer behaviors and use cases in VMware vSphere, AWS, GCP, and Azure clouds.

• Help write technical documentation, and generate marketing content like blogs, webinars, seminars etc.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• 8 - 12 years of experience in software testing with a relevant domain understanding of Data Protection, Disaster Recovery, and Ransomware Recovery.

• A strong understanding and demonstrable experience with at least one of the major public cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure or VMware)

• A strong understanding and experience in qualifying complex, distributed systems at feature, scale and performance.

• Insights into the development of client-server SaaS applications with good breadth across networking, storage, micro-services, and other web technologies.

• Programming knowledge in either Python, Shell scripts or Powershell.

• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks E.g. Selenium, Cucumber, and Robot frameworks

• Should be a computer science graduate with strong fundamentals & problem-solving abilities.

• Good understanding of virtualization, storage and cloud platforms like VMware, AWS, GCP, Azure and/or Kubernetes will be preferable.
