Full Stack Java Developer

 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using Java (backend) and React (frontend)
• Work with and integrate third-party APIs
• Implement and maintain authentication and authorization mechanisms such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID, and Okta
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote, global environment
• Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and reliability
• Participate in planning, status updates, and team meetings across multiple time zones

Required Technical Skills

• Strong experience in Java backend development
• Hands-on experience with React for frontend development
• Experience working with third-party APIs
• Solid understanding of authentication and authorization frameworks (SAML, OAuth, OpenID, Okta)
• Experience with cloud-based version control systems such as GitHub or Bitbucket
• Understanding of browser technologies and limitations
• Familiarity with AWS services, primarily EC2 and S3
• Experience with logging and monitoring tools such as New Relic and Grafana

Secondary / Nice-to-Have Skills

• CRM development experience (Salesforce, Dynamics, ServiceNow)
• Exposure to modern data and analytics patterns, including AI and Machine Learning use cases
• Experience with Apache Solr
• Understanding of Apache Tomcat configuration and deployment of web applications

This role requires overlap with multiple time zones for planning meetings, status updates etc. on a regular basis. The duration of these overlaps can change depending on the type of meeting. Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with customers to design, develop, and deploy AI enterprise applications on the 
• Become an expert in application design and development on the ; lead design and code reviews of end-to-end customer applications
• Perform enhancement, testing, and troubleshooting, of applications with and on behalf of customers
• Continuously identify technical risks and gaps; devise mitigation strategies in anticipation of customer needs
• Write specifications, documentation, and user guides for customer applications

 Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) field
• 3+ years professional experience in a customer-facing role building enterprise cloud software applications
• Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts
• Solid understanding of databases types and trade-offs
• Demonstrated proficiency in Java and/or similar programming languages
• Working knowledge of Agile software development methodology

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Java platform and technologies.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with HTML5, CSS and Angular.

• 5-7 years of relevant product design, development and testing experience
• Strong technical skills in java springboot/MVC frameworks, reactjS. API development, Cloud native solutions like lambda, azure functions is good to have.
• Database – primarily Mongo DB, Knowledge of postgres /MySQL is good to have
• DevOps - Knowledge of DevOps will be good to have
• API - Preferred experience with one of API gateway platform (Apigee, Mulesoft, Kong, WSO2)
