Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of engineers to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.
• Coordinate closely with the CEO and product leadership to align on goals and drive the vision forward.
• Collaborate with distributed teams to design, build, and refine core product features that serve a global audience.
• Stay hands-on with coding and architecture, driving key services and technical initiatives from end to end.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems to ensure smooth product operations.
• Requirements & Technical Skills
• Bachelor's/Master’s/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields (B.Tech, M.Tech, B.CA, B.E./M.E).
• 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience as a software developer, ideally in a SaaS environment.
• Proven track record in developing scalable, distributed systems and services.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong programming experience in Spring & Hibernate with Kotlin, React, Nest.js, Python, and Shell scripting.
• Expertise in Unix-based systems, container technologies, and virtual machines.
• Knowledge of both relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DocumentDB). Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience working on both structured and unstructured data sources. Soft Skills
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities to inspire and guide a team of engineers.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Adaptable to new technologies in a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrated experience as a software engineer, with at least 8+ years’ experience in technology roles
• Experience working on complex systems and cloud architectures, preferably in a B2B or enterprise context
• Significant experience with the Java programming language and frameworks such as Spring & SpringBoot
• Good working experience with front-end Javascript frameworks such as ReactJS
• Experience optimizing databases and SQL queries for high-performance 
• Good knowledge of AWS services, design patterns and practices - ideally certified
• Experience and keen understanding of the value of working in agile teams
• A “quality-first” mindset, with experience working in continuous integration environments
• Highly effective at communicating, and comfortable whiteboarding design ideas with teams of engineers, product managers, and business analysts
• Desire to challenge the status quo and maturity to know when to compromise
• Respect for other team members and a highly collaborative approach to working and learning together

• 8 - 11 years of experience in software development with at least 5 years on GUI development
• Experience on Java, HTML, CSS and Java script
• Experience with write SQL or equivalent queries on relational or NoSQL databases e.g. Oracle, PostgreSQL, Couchbase, MongoDB, Cassandra

Skills we are looking for :

- Experience in developing full-stack applications at scale in ReactJs/AngularJs & NodeJs.

- Strong knowledge and experience in HTML(5), CSS, SCSS, and Advanced JavaScript

- Good knowledge of coding RESTful APIs.

- Strong knowledge of Web Storage (Cookie, Local Storage, and Session Storage)

- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JWT

- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools

- Ability to work in a lean-agile development environment.

Good to know :

- Using GIT

- Knowledge of AWS

- Familiarity with GraphQL will be a brownie point

This is a technolog yagnostic position and you would be viewed as a technolog enthusiast who can work (not code) on architecture and designing of any application immaterial of the technology used.

Your experience as a programmer of a technical lead will benefit a lot.
