Role: Python Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities 

• Own technical site audits for primary and secondary websites. 

Analyze website traffic data, linking structures, crawl budget, index coverage, and content to be able to make smart recommendations to increase website traffic, and conversion rates. 

• Owning tactics that help grow the organic channel, data analysis and forecasting of 

future growth. 

• Analyze and report on SEO performance, owning weekly, monthly, and quarterly 

reporting, and ad hoc analyses for tests and optimizations. 

• Top-down keyword research and content gap analysis. 
• Automate repetitive tasks, audits, processes wherever possible. 
• Ensure pro-SEO-decisions are embedded within all aspects of our businesses. 

Analyze points of failure and suggest optimisations to underlying processes used 

by different teams to solve for them. 

• Work closely with all facets of the organisation including product management, 

engineering, and creative design to drive decision making for organic search 

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and SEO strategies 

to ensure we nurture best-in-class, value-add opportunities. 

• Become a part of the ongoing mission to grow organic as a channel 100% every 6 

months over the next 2 years. 

We are looking for

• Minimum 3 years of Technical SEO experience with a proven track record with 

improving organic rankings for eCommerce or related B2C businesses. 

• Good technical understanding of website usability, server logs, structured data, XML 

sitemaps, website performance, and indexation issues 

• Functional knowledge of python or app scripts. 
• Proficient in crawl management including log file analysis, Screaming Frog, Custom 

crawlers 

• Proficient with data analysis & web analytics 
• Prior knowledge of SQL is a plus. 
• Knowledge and ability to hand-code or understand valid semantic HTML, CSS and 

JavaScript is a plus.

You will join the highly skilled team who are responsible for delivering Cybrilla’s Fintech Primitives services. You represent the company for the world outside, it’s that simple! When the customer closes technical sessions or queries they should feel confident about knowing our products and services. Responsibilities : 

 Your customers are developers here who are integrating Fintech primitives APIs, you make an impact by providing implementation, integration and operational guidance. You independently dive into the problem with the eye to both immediate resolution and follow-up through changes and automations.

This enables our customers to develop an awesome product!  

Diagnose and troubleshoot concerns 

1. Often customers may not know where the issue lies - so ask simple, accurate and complete data inputs to understand the problem and get started with root cause analysis and resolution.
2. Time is of the essence - by providing timely response and resolution within the SLA, you induce confidence and path to great relationship building with your customers.
3. Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams (delivery, product, operations, engineering, related 3rd parties, customer) and look for ways to improve the velocity of issue resolution.
4. Handle interruptions \ technical upgrades via upfront communication, keeping customers up to date at all times until resolution.

Help customers implement product 

1. Be updated! - by continuously improving your technical and operational understanding of the product, you provide the latest and greatest product implementation assistance to the customers. 
2. Enable smooth integration of the product into customer’s business by resolving technical or operational queries at any stage of implementation.
3. Enable faster onboarding and go live by guiding them at every step of the implementation. 

Represent customer issues

1. Understand areas of product and service improvement during collaboration with internal teams and external customers.
2. Correlate technical and operational issues across product verticals as well as customer accounts.
3. Act as a customer advocate and drive enhancements and feature requests with internal teams on products and services. 
4. Utilize feedback to improve customer experience and debugging strategies.

Required Skills and Experience - 

 Must have skills -  

• 7 to 10 years of experience as a Customer Success Engineer.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong will to provide customer services according to agreed SLA’s.
• Degree in Programming or scripting language and databases.

Good to have skills - 

• Exposure to mutual funds as an investor is preferable.

Good to Have Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in using Java/J2EE tech stacks
• Good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced internet start-up environment.
• Experience in technical mentorship/coaching is highly desirable.
• Understanding of AI/ML algorithms is a plus.

• Lead Flutter project for Fintech services.
• Develop new features, bugfixing and continuous improvement of the app.
• Willing to make high performance apps with great and clean UX/UI Required Skills.
• Candidate must have 2+ years of experience in the commercial development for native platforms Android (preferable) or iOS.
• Flutter experience 1+ years • Experience in the teamwork using git is the must.
• Mobile apps architectures knowledge.
• Good understanding of BLoC, RxDart, Clean Architecture and SOLID.
• Experience in using native Android or iOS code in Flutter project.
• Experience with the REST integrations is the must.
• Figma experience is the advantage.

Job Description

• Experienced in Cloud (AWS, Digital Ocean, Google& Azure) development and System Operations.
• Cloud Storage Services and prior experience in designing and building infrastructure components in Amazon. DigitalOcean (or other cloud providers).
• Strong Linux experience (Red Hat 6.x/CentOS 5.x & 6.x, Debian).
• Expert Knowledge in - Git, Jenkins
• Should have experience in CI/CD Automation using tools like Jenkins, Ansible, puppet/Mcollective, Chef Docker, Kubernetes, GIT, Ansible, Terraform, Packer, Hashicorp Vault Docker, Kubernetes, Python Scripting etc.
• Good working knowledge with scripting languages such as Python, php
• Good communications and Presentation Skills

Preferred Education:

Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in Computer Science or related field
