Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Responsibilities
- Establish and develop effective working relationships with all stakeholders. Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques.
- Develop and implement ideas for improving the talent acquisition process and outcomes; identify key sourcing channels; develop and implement creative sourcing strategies, effectively gathering research, making direct contact calls, networking, leveraging relevant social media and employee referrals.

- Lead and own the Recruitment cycle which includes working closely with Senior Leadership, attracting and selecting appropriate talent, salary negotiations and onboarding. Supervise the recruiting team and monitor its progress towards its objectives.

As a Staff Full-stack engineer, you will work across the Acceldata platform products. We’re looking for people with a strong background or inclination towards data engineering and systems; you’re comfortable in dealing with lots of moving pieces and can work at the intersection of Databases, API's and Frontends
You will:
- Be actively involved in strategic direction and product decisions.
- Design, build and maintain APIs, user-facing experiences, and services.

- 15+ years with deep expertise in Telecom domain spanning FTTx/PON, L2/L3 Packet Transport (Ethernet Switching and IP Routing) and Cloud networking from both traditional products and transformational products (disaggregated, virtualized, and based on open-source software).

Qualification:
- Masters / Bachelor in any discipline of Engineering (Computer Science, Electronics preferred)
