Business Technical Analyst

We’re looking for a talented UI/UX Designer (Product Design) to join Brainstorm Force and help shape the future of our SaaS apps, web apps, WordPress plugins, and admin interfaces. Your role will focus on creating intuitive and user-friendly product experiences that solve real-world problems. You’ll work closely with product managers and developers to ensure our products not only look amazing but function flawlessly.

This is a remote position, so you can work from anywhere in the world. You’ll collaborate with a diverse and dynamic team to bring product ideas to life and improve the user experience across our product suite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive interfaces: Create user-friendly designs for SaaS apps, web apps, WordPress plugins, and admin interfaces.
• Collaborate with teams: Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to translate business requirements into effective product designs.
• Develop prototypes and wireframes: Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes that clearly communicate design ideas and user interactions.
• Maintain design systems: Build and update design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across all product touchpoints.
• Implement pixel-perfect designs: Partner with developers to ensure accurate and high-quality execution of UI designs.
• Conduct user research: Perform user testing and gather feedback to inform design decisions, iterating as necessary to improve usability.
• Design core product elements: Focus on key product interfaces such as dashboards, settings, and reporting tools, ensuring a balance between functionality and user experience.
• Stay updated on trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices, incorporating them to elevate the product experience.

What You Need to Know:

• At least 2 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably working on SaaS apps, web apps, or complex digital products.
• Proficient in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite for designing user interfaces and managing design assets.
• Skilled in designing for SaaS, web apps, and complex interfaces, ensuring usability and seamless user experiences.
• Experienced in building and maintaining design systems that drive consistency and efficiency across products.
• Strong ability to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts.
• Knowledgeable about accessibility standards and inclusive design practices to ensure designs are usable for all audiences.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to better collaborate with developers.
• Familiar with data visualization techniques, designing intuitive dashboards that present information clearly.
• Experienced in user testing tools and methods, validating design decisions through real user feedback.

Profile: Product Support Engineer

🔴 Experience: 1 year as Product Support Engineer.

🔴 Location: Mumbai (Andheri).

🔴 5 days of working from office.

Skills Required:

🔷 Experience in providing support for ETL or data warehousing is preferred.

🔷 Good Understanding on Unix and Databases concepts.

🔷 Experience working with SQL and No-SQL databases and writing simple

queries to get data for debugging issues.

🔷 Being able to creatively come up with solutions for various problems and

implement them.

🔷 Experience working with REST APIs and debugging requests and

responses using tools like Postman.

🔷 Quick troubleshooting and diagnosing skills.

🔷 Knowledge of customer success processes.

🔷 Experience in document creation.

🔷 High availability for fast response to customers.

🔷 Language knowledge required in one of NodeJs, Python, Java.

🔷 Background in AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Networking - an advantage.

🔷 Experience in SAAS B2B software companies - an advantage.

spot patterns.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 2 years of .NET development experience (ASP.Net 3.5 or greater and C# 4 or greater).
• Good knowledge of MVC, Entity Framework, and Web API/WCF.
• ASP.NET Core knowledge is preferred.
• Creating APIs / Using third-party APIs
• Working knowledge of Angular is preferred.
• Knowledge of Stored Procedures and experience with a relational database (MSSQL 2012 or higher).
• Solid understanding of object-oriented development principles
• Working knowledge of web, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and the Bootstrap framework
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
• Ability to create reusable C# libraries
• Must be able to write clean comments, readable C# code, and the ability to self-learn.
• Working knowledge of GIT

About the Role :

• Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture,
• Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements.
• Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.
• Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and AWS ‘big data’ technologies.
• Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency and other key business performance metrics.
• Work with stakeholders including the Product, Data and Design teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs.
• Keep our data separated and secure across national boundaries through multiple data centers and AWS regions.
• Create data tools for analytics and data scientist team members that assist them in building and optimizing our product into an innovative industry leader.
• Work with data and analytics experts to strive for greater functionality in our data systems.
• Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases
• Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Working knowledge of message queuing, stream processing, and highly scalable ‘big data’ data stores.
