• Your Responsiblities would be 
  1. Manage Teams of Developers on Different Projects ( FrontEnd, Backend and App) 
  2. Daily Check-in with proper teams, solving/guiding  their issues and liason with Stakeholders on project status and delivery schdule 
  3. Convert / Capture requirements and Propose Archiecture, Data Flow, Database Design, API Lists involved, Pages to be developed in frontend.  
  4. Manage multiple projects  / teams of Developers 

Roles and Responsibilities:

·         Design and implement scalable web applications and platforms using technologies such as Typescript, NestJS, Angular, NodeJS, ExpressJS, TypeORM, and Postgres

·         Good understanding of web and REST API design patterns

·         Experience with AWS technologies such as EKS, ECS, ECR, Fargate, EC2, Lambda, ALB will be an added advantage

·         Hands-on experience with unit test frameworks like Jest

·         Good working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Git

·         Basic knowledge of Kubernetes and Terraform for infrastructure as code

·         Basic knowledge of Docker compose and Docker

·         Strong understanding of microservices architecture and ability to implement components independently

·         Proven track record of problem-solving skills

Technical Lead Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s/Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

2. A 3-4 years of experience in a similar role would be advantageous.

3. In-depth experience in working with Reactjs and Go.

4. Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.

5. Experience with blockchain technology preferable.

6. Strong leadership and organizational abilities.

Job Description

We’re seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer (RoR + React JS) who can take on the ownership of the entire website development . Primary responsibilities would be:

1. You will be leading an entire team of developers for a start up.

2. Writing high-quality code, and designing/architecting systems of varying complexity and scope.

3. Ensure that functional requirements are correctly interpreted and translated into clear and robust code.

4. Collaborate and communicate with dev team members regarding -design status, project progress, and issue resolution.

5. Ensure that the new code is written and conforms to existing guidelines and quality practices.

6. To meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.

7. Work in a fast-paced environment and make pragmatic engineering decisions in a short amount of time.

Requirements

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript ( NodeJS & ExpressJS) in) Development on both client and server-side
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS and front end frameworks(Angular 7, AngularJS) 
• Having experience in building a responsive web design
• Experience with MongoDB and good knowledge in database concepts
• Experience with web frameworks like ExpressJS
• Developing secure Node.js end points using Passport, JWT, OAuth, and related technologies.
• Knowledge in Restful API Design
• Knowledge in unit testing tools like Karma, Jasmine etc..
• Experience with Version control systems like GIT and knowledge in GIT branching is necessary.
• Knowledge in continuous integration
• Strong object-oriented knowledge in any platform is a plus
• Proficiency and hands-on experience with one or more of the following: Backbone / KnockoutJS / EmberJS / ReactJS is a plus
• Knowledge in payment gateway integration is a plus
