We are looking for a Node.js Developer responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition, and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.

In this role, you will manage and grow our engineering teams, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with product owners, the product team, and other key stakeholders to refine and manage the development pipeline, evolve engineering processes, and contribute to the overall success of our product delivery.

 

You will play a critical role in managing our sprints, owning our release process, and defining robust, effective practices tailored to our evolving needs. If you have a strong background on larger teams, particularly in building
